2021-03-07. Intention is Your Sail.
I N T E N T I O N. I S Y O U R. S A I L – JSP #19
I was asked, ‘’If mind is the ship, God is the captain and will is the rudder, what is the sail’? Intention is the sail. Intention is the most real thing in the universe one can experience at this time. You say finding God is the most important reality and I cannot argue against such, yet consider the many Gods being worshipped on your world today. Is there not but One God, no matter his name. Intention is more personal to who you are than we actually make God personal. Intention is the parameter to understanding and discernment. It is the center of our thought bringing all things into its perspective. Dishonorable intentions only bring sorrow and miseries, conflict and confusion, emotions controlling you. Lift your sight to the true prize. Set your focus and find the Great God and receive his personal gifts to you; love and mercy; faith and courage; wisdom and direction.
Intention to discern the Father’s will and to actually accept the challenge becomes more important than the actuality which always falls short and delayed. Challenges and difficulties in this world’s life, demand a focused and faith-held intention. Simply intending to become perfect as the Father IS is the most tremendous default, basic intention one can hold. Encompassing everything to its most simplest detail and its most complicated resolution. When you begin to sense the benefit from spirit, one begins to have insight into a more permanent reality; that eternal and everlasting reality of being in God’s presence. Existing with a feeling greater than power, control and wealth; a powerful sense of self-awareness in relationship to spirit.
Connect yourselves now to the living energies available which become the certainty of spirit’s presence and all availing love for you. You must become aware of this to grasp what is available. All of the various aspects of the Father and His Creation come to reference him directly and personally. God’s intention is a primal utterance, an issued command to all created life in time and space. The Father can know you as perfect and accept you as an evolving human creature; making mistakes, incorrect choices and indulgent behavior, while slowly becoming into alignment with the Father’s intention. If God the Father operates in this manner, aren’t you with the same choice; the Father IS intention, you are becoming your intention. Intention is not constrained by either time nor space; from God’s perfection to your slow journey to perfection.
Wind is what propels the sail; intention sets the sail onto its true course as it receives the breeze and winds of God’s intention propelling you forward. Correct wind on an ill place sail is disastrous and only winds up in a looped circle. The word of God is that breeze moving you forward, not holding you into a looped pattern. Faith is to intention as God is to perfection. Have the faith to allow your intention full expression and unhindered experiences in bringing you into the greater truth of God as your Father. The faith of your intention is the structural integrity of your sail to withstand the strongest blast of tempest winds and turbulent waters. Begin to stand as one and come together with your sisters and brothers to more fully give expression to the Father’s great call.
