Session
Opening

ABRAHAM:  I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I am appreciative of being among you truth seekers this evening. I have found that no matter what issues may arise in this group; your overall main intention is to have the truth brought forward. The truth may not always be what you would have wanted, but your spiritual and mental health allows you to work toward accepting things as they are. Our desire for truth enables us to have a clear connection with Father and His associates.

Lesson

ABRAHAM:   We are coming to a point in our spiritual maturity where we want the truth in spite of any controversy it may cause. I have always got along well with this group because you are demanding of truth and refrain from mysticism. These spiritual practices you now think of as reality would have not been trusted in the past. Now you find yourselves, like the apostles, who have set aside ego-fulfillment for the reality of the Father.

I can appreciate the truth because it is simple. It is a logical look at a beginning place to start any project. Father has given us the gift of mind and we are learning to apply reasoning to religion and science to spirituality. The Correcting Time has long awaited the integration of various mortal theories, meaning that topics can overlap. For example, science is not just science; it is related to things unseen. Mortal scientists are discovering still new things every day. Mortals do not have all the answers. They are barely just scraping the surface. We are finding the lines of separation to be blurring and from that more important things will come into focus.

As Father’s children, we are finding ourselves more alike than we thought. No one is set above another. Each one of us has a destiny to fulfill. We have experiences that will map out our future. You can have desires for a certain career or post in life and consider that desire in contrast with your natural gifts. What are you gifted at? What has Father helped you with in developing your human and spiritual skills?

Your spiritual foundation is for the most part set and clear. When you integrate this with your natural gifts you will see yourself developing with new skills. For example, a person who wants to become a doctor may use their spiritual skills to also create wellness, not just the education they have to perform surgery. A person who is a baker has access to the public every day and shows care and concern in their quality of work and also for their customer. There are always opportunities to show the Father’s love to another. Everyone is good at something and when coming from your spiritual foundation, new skills are created.
Our ministry is designed for us. We might be cautious of the ego that craves attention and status. Maybe a scientist who has discovered a new gene will want his name put on that discovery and yet, he has a whole team that assisted him in that discovery. The temporary gratification may be there for the one person, but it is not conducive to incorporating the whole. Many of the other researchers who helped in the discovery will not feel their work is valuable. We have to be watchful of the ego who works for one and rely on the spirit who works for the many.

Closing

ABRAHAM:  I will look forward to hearing your stories of how your natural gifts serve in your ministry. Do not doubt that you have them. Do not doubt the gifts. Work toward refreshing your relationship with Father, Michael and Mother. Ask them for their assistance on making your ministry work at full capacity. That is all for this evening. Mary sends her love and we both look forward to the next time we will meet. You have plenty to do and have not doubt that we will be available to assist. As always, our love goes with you. Go in peace. Until next time, shalom.
