Capicio: Good evening. This is Capicio and my companion Rana is with me tonight.
1) Hello Capicio and Rana. Good to talk to you again. I apologize for not being around very much lately with you however we’ve been devoting more time to some of the other groups to get their information out and cleaning up what I have.
Capicio: There are no apologies needed at all. I understand what you’re doing and we appreciate how hard you work and the effort you put into this. So apologies are not necessary at all with us ever.
2) I thought one of the good things to do would be to ask everyone the same type of questions. I modify the questions a little for each group for their differences but they are generally the same. In this way when people read the material, they can see not only the commonalities but also appreciate the differences. The bottom line is that through all the commonalities and all the diversities, all the groups have found a way to work and live together in peace. You have each found a recipe for life that works for you. I think that is a lesson in itself that can be learned. Hopefully that makes sense to the people who read this where they do a comparison review. That’s the purpose of these standardized questions. I think many times off-worlders, as I say, are portrayed as enslaving, flesh eating, monsters. So your answers to these types of questions are important. If any seem insulting I apologize ahead of time but I think they have a purpose.
Capicio: We appreciate very much the thought that went into this to come up with interviews for the different groups.
3) You’re welcome. I do find the some of the answers extremely intriguing. As I said before, the thing I find most fascinating is the similarity and diversity between everyone and through all of it you all have found a way to live with each other in peace and harmony and you’re happy in the way that you live. It’s not one size fits all.
Do you have an official name other than the generic term of “Arcturians”?
Capicio: No, we do not.
4) So it’s a global generic name. What is your planet name?
Capicio: [no answer]
5) We know Arcturus as a star in the Boötes Constellation. What do you call your star name?
Capicio: We just call it our ‘sun’.
6) Do you have a multi-planet solar system like we do or do you just have a couple of planets that rotate around your sun?
Capicio: Yes. Multi-planet.
7) How many planets in your planetary system?
Capicio: 7.
8) Of those 7, how many are inhabited?
Capicio: Two.
9) Same race on both planets? Or are there two diverse races?
Capicio: One race.
10) That’s it on the star stuff. What is your mission or purpose for contacting us or Earth?
Capicio: I’ll start out with the major purpose to come to Earth. Our main purpose – to help the people on Earth because your people are behind in your development to where you should be at this time and you’re holding things up. Our main focus is on healing. Rana and I are here basically to share information about healing to enable you to heal yourselves because as long as you’re not functioning well it distorts your ability to be the best that you can be.
11) Is this involvement just physical, spiritual, mental or mindal, or all of the above?
Capicio: All of the above and more.
12) And what is the more?
Capicio: As you begin to understand more about how the universe works and how it is connected and HOW you are connected to any importance of this. It increases your greater understanding and awareness of all of this. This is also part of our program.
13) What is your plan for doing this?
Capicio: We started with you.
14) Right, OK.
Capicio: We are starting with two people who you can listen to us, hear us and understand us and that’s not an easy task.
15) For contact and understanding?
Capicio: For contact and acceptance.
16) How many other worlds are you involved in helping or working with?
Capicio: About 30.
17) And in what way? What is the general way that you’re involved with these other planets? Are they similar to us or does each one have a different need?
Capicio: They’re all unique but their needs are similar although the physicality of the beings may be very unique and different.
18) Since Earth is lagging behind, are the other planets you’re helping also lagging behind?
Capicio: They are not, but until everybody reaches perfection there’s always healing and help that needs to occur.
19) How long have you been visiting earth?
Capicio: Approximately 75,000 Years.
20) During that 75,000 years, what were the different types of your involvements?
Capicio: We do the same thing – we heal and teach people to heal. Love is the most powerful thing in the universe and it’s the most healing force there is. It not only heals the physical body, it also heals all the other things when people come to understand the power of love and what it really is.
21) This is an opportunity to really explain who you are but also why you are here attempting to uplift these ideas and ideals – perhaps your words will reach their minds and hearts.
What period of time do you consider that you were most effective in your involvement with the Earth?
Capicio: In the more primitive times.
22) That seems to be common. What do you consider your least effective time period?
Capicio: In your modern day – now.
23) Since this is the least effective time period, what could we do to make you more effective?
Capicio: What you’re doing right now – talking with us, getting to know us, what we do and sharing the information. As we share more about who we are, what we do and our purposes here, it might make it much easier for people to accept – not only us but also those of us from other worlds.
24) How many other groups are you currently involved with on Earth?
Capicio: We’re in contact with a few people but I can’t say that we’re really involved with them yet.
25) So your contact list would contain how many?
Capicio: We have three major ones. We divide them up as a major possibility potentiality and around that there is a total of seven that are starting to reach out and in the beginning stages.
26) Is our relationship an involvement or just as contactee’s right now?
Capicio: Right now we’re developing a relationship. Now we know that we can talk with you, you understand who we are in ways that most people cannot and that gives us the leeway to be free to express ourselves and develop a real involvement.
27) What would need to happen between you and other contactee’s to be defined as ‘involvement’?
Capicio: Actively working together. There is a difference between ‘contact’ because people can make contacts in rather superficial ways. Some of them have even seen us and talked with us that have not developed a relationship with us. So contact is one thing, developing a relationship is another step and we like to end up with an evolved relationship where we work together and that’s what we’re hoping to do with you – which is to work together.
28) Will we have an opportunity to meet and greet?
Capicio: Yes you will.
29) OK, these next questions are about your physicality, your home and family life.
What is your body type? Is it what we refer to as a ‘star’ configuration – two arms, two legs and a head?
Capicio: Yes it is.
30) Are you physical beings as we are or energy beings?
Capicio: We are physical beings.
31) Do you live in cities, as what we would term cities, or enclaves or small communities?
Capicio: Rather than cities I would say large communities.
32) Are you autonomous, self-governing or do you govern by consensus between communities? How do you govern yours?
Capicio: On our planet we work by consensus. We come together, we discuss whatever the issues are – the things that need to be worked on or solved and then time is taken to share whatever anybody is thinking, their ideas, their proposals and their suggestions – and then, because we all love each other, love is a very powerful thing on our planet, we respect each other. So by having great respect and understanding of each other it’s very easy for us to become quiet and then we seem to just magically come to an agreement and move forward with whatever we agreed upon.
33) Apparently you got rid of all your politicians? LOL
Capicio: We don’t have politicians.
34) In regards to energy how do you provide power to your communities? Zero Point or natural planetary energies or some other form?
Capicio: I’m having a difficult time trying to put it into your words because you don’t have what we have. You have electricity – we don’t have electricity.
35) Are they inductive forces of some kind?
Capicio: The best I can do to try to explain this is that we use frequencies in ways that you don’t use frequencies. What I’m trying to describe is to take the frequency and narrow it down to a very small bandwidth. I believe that’s what you call it. It’s very powerful and it can be used for energy service sources.
36) What are your sleep and rest requirements? We generally need at least eight hours here.
Capicio: We don’t need so much. We need maybe 5 or 6 hours of sleep.
37) Is it strictly physical rest or do you absorb energy from the universe to recharge or both?
Capicio: We absorb energy when we’re awake – when we’re outside. When we’re sleeping – we’re resting.
38) Are you emotional beings?
Capicio: I think all beings that are love-based are emotional beings.
39) What is your strongest emotion?
Capicio: Love.
40) What is your weakest emotion?
Capicio: Anger. It’s basically not a part of us.
41) Do you have any special abilities as a race or individuals?
Capicio: What’s special about us is our understanding and use of love.
42) What’s the average lifespan of an Arcturian?
Capicio: 1,000 years.
43) Do you have family units?
Capicio: Yes, we do.
44) We have a cultural institution here we call marriage where a couple pair up in a ritual and create a family unit. Do you have that kind of institution? …Or is it just a bonding of understanding?
Capicio: Yes we do but it’s a bonding of understanding and it comes with mutual respect and honor.
45) Is there a sense of commitment? I mean long term commitment?
Capicio: Yes, there is to each other.
46) Do you have children?
Capicio: Yes, we do.
47) How do you educate your youth or even yourselves? Is it home schooling or community schooling?
Capicio: We really work wonderfully together in a community. Those who have knowledge about something is shared with the children at appropriate ages and other individuals have knowledge about something else and it is shared. It’s not a formal structure like yours.
48) So the village raises the children?
Capicio: Yes, the village raises the children and basically if there are children that are really bright and need some extra information or help we find a way to secure that for them. They are not prohibited from learning as much as they can or going as far as they can go. There’s no regiment. There’s are no rules and regulations to schooling or education. We don’t have schools in your terms.
49) On this planet children are mischievous and they tend push the boundaries of their parental guidance. Is that similar on your world?
Capicio: This is just a natural part of growing, to discover – they want to find out. It seems to be a pretty basic thing with young people in any race no matter where you go.
50) Do you have children personally?
Capicio: No, I don’t.
51) Did you ever?
Capicio: No, but I hope to at some point.
52) How old are you?
Capicio: Close to 500 years old.
53) Better get cracking there buddy.
Capicio: I have been cracking. I’ve been doing other things.
54) I’m just having some fun with you. So, on the planet that you live on, yet to be named, what is your general topography?
Capicio: It’s much like your Earth only it doesn’t have the sharp mountain areas. It’s more a gentle rolling terrain. We have forests, we have rivers, we have lakes, and we have trees.
55) What is your overall planetary climate?
Capicio: Pretty moderate.
56) Do you have seasons like we have?
Capicio: We have seasons, but they’re more temperate than your seasons.
57) You mentioned the animals and the birds and the plants – do you have a wide diversity of plant and animal life in comparison to this planet.
Capicio: No, we do not.
58) Could you transplant anything from this planet to your planet?
Capicio: I don’t know that we ever tried but I don’t know that it would not work because we have soil, we have water and we have nutrients. We have plants that live on our earth. It seems to me fairly simple that that could be done.
59) We should try that.
Capicio: Yes, we should.
60) I assume you have agriculture of some form.
Capicio: We have very little large agriculture. It’s basically performed in small communities. We don’t have large farms like you might relate to.
61) These communities are self-sustaining in agriculture?
Capicio: Yes. Just grow basically what they need.
62) Is there a main community for manufacturing and trade and barter between communities?
Capicio: Basically, we don’t make things like you make things. We might make leather goods. We might make simple things meaning they’re not highly technological. We’re not that advanced and we don’t miss it at all.
63) And that’s by choice?
Capicio: Yes, That’s by choice.
64) Housing options. Do you each have your own or do you live in group housing?
Capicio: We each have our own home but they’re very close to each other.
65) I generally think of our houses here as boxes with four sides in the top. I know some other races who have spherical dwellings. Do you have a particular geometric shape that you employ?
Capicio: We have square and round and they’re generally not very tall.
66) One story, two story or three story?
Capicio: 1 story.
67) As far as communication, do you use some devices or do you communicate mentally?
Capicio: When we’re near or close to each other we speak to each other. When we need to communicate with someone who’s not near to us, we can use our mental telepathy to contact them.
68) Is there a dialect on Earth that your language is similar to?
Capicio: I don’t know all the languages on your Earth but it’s basically a soft sounding, gentle language.
69) Ok moving on to music. Do you enjoy music? Do you have musical instruments?
Capicio: Yes, we do but by your standards they’re very primitive.
70) Your instruments are primitive?
Capicio: By your standards.
71) What would be an instrument here that would be similar on our planet? A lute?
Capicio: Yes, a lute.
72) Do you have other forms of instrumentation that you blend together? …Or Is it just all lute?
Capicio: No, we have rhythm.
73) Do you sing in groups?
Capicio: Yes, we do. We have some wonderful singers, beautiful voices. Male and female.
74) Are you a singer?
Capicio: I’d like to be better than I am.
75) Do you play an instrument?
Capicio: I play the lute.
76) Rana is more than welcome to chime in and give me her perspectives. This is a dual interview.
Rana: This is Rana. I agree with what Capicio has been saying. I’d like to express what a wonderful community we live in. When you live in a community of people who love and respect, encourage, and help and work with each others- this is something that you don’t really have on your world to the extent that we have it.
Capicio: This is Capicio and I would also like to say something about our physical being. We are quite capable of, I think your term is, shape shifting. We can change our appearance however we want.
77) Is it by mental or by physically changing, a mental projection or actually physically changing?
Capicio: Physically changes because the body cells are dissolved and they reform however we wish to have it reform. It does not take a very long time. When I go to visit the different planets and groups, when we meet on other planets, I think of myself as coming from our blue planet, so I’m usually looking like I have blue skin and I wear blue and people know that I am from Arcturus. It’s sort of a signature I have when I go to some of these planetary meetings.
78) Do you operate in some official capacity?
Capicio: No, I don’t. I go there as a representative of Arcturus.
79) Like an ambassador?
Capicio: Yes, I’m not the official ambassador but that’s the role that I play when I go to these different meetings.
80) Like a liaison?
Capicio: A liaison. Right.
81) Rana as well?
Capicio: Yes, but mostly she doesn’t accompany me, she stays home.
82) The Arts. Do you do arts like painting, dancing, sculpting or some other form of personal expression in the arts?
Capicio: Yes, but not in any way that would be noticeable. Different individuals in our communities have some artistic ability but it’s basically how they decorate their homes and their clothing and little touches around their yard and things like that. It’s not a big thing on our agenda.
83) Do you have a belief in higher beings? One highest being, no higher being, 1st Source, God, the big guy out there, or inside or Bob or something – some way that you identify a creator?
Capicio: I think we all, speaking for the planet as a whole, generally understand that there has to be something far greater than us for us to be here. However, we have not clearly defined that in anyway.
84) As an individual relationship?
Capicio: We don’t come together in groups like you do in your churches and group worship. It’s very much a personal experience.
85) We talked about music and singing, do you have other forms of entertainment? Do you take play or rest time?
Capicio: We like to come together and have dances?
86) Are you a dancer?
Capicio: Everybody dances.
87) Is there a dance style on our planet that’s similar to what you do?
Capicio: Maybe if you look at some of the more native groups where the villagers come together. They have drums and they have the music and people dance and they don’t necessarily dance as a pair. They just dance. They just want to celebrate. They’re happy. Dancing to us is a real expression of joy and happiness of self.
88) Do you have a defensive or offensive military?
Capicio: No military.
89) How do you protect yourself against belligerent races?
Capicio: We haven’t had to.
90) Do you involve yourself at all with belligerent races or do you just avoid them?
Capicio: We avoid them. We are aware of them, but we avoid them. The other thing you might want to know is that we really don’t need a military. When I said to you that love is probably the most powerful thing on the earth – if somebody is aggressive towards us, we just have to use the power of love and send it to them. It just encompasses them. It involves them and they can’t do anything because it feels good. When you feel good, you won’t feel like being aggressive. Most people who are aggressive need to have somebody fighting back. If there’s nobody to fight with, there’s no fight. It takes the energy out of the aggressor completely.
91) Is your race is more homogeneous?
Capicio: Yes.
92) Procreation. Is that like our standard method here on Earth – Male/female conjoining or some other method?
Capicio: No, just like you.
93) Is there anything we should fear from knowing you, knowing about your race or being introduced to the people of Earth?
Capicio: Absolutely not because we come in love and we are great participants in peace and harmony, working together in Oneness – Oneness in its truest sense.
94) How tall is the average person on your planet?.
Capicio: The male is probably about 5’ 11”, 6 ft.
95) Typical eye color?
Capicio: Blue.
96) Skin color, not that it matters.
Capicio: White, but I said when I shape-shift, when I go to the other worlds, I change my skin color to blue. It is strange, you change clothes and we change colors.
97) I change color a little bit here too if I sit out in the sun too long – I go from white to red. LOL
Capicio: We do it quicker than you do.
98) From your perspective what is the most amusing aspect or trait of humans on this planet?
Capicio: That you spend so much time concentrating and worrying about the most minute things and at the same time you focus so much energy, and as you said fear, around the huge things you see going on around your world. We find it very interesting that you can focus so much energy and concern about a very small part of your life and at the same time there are things going on in your world that are really horrific and at times it doesn’t seem to affect you more than the immediate issue you’re dealing with. It seems of out of proportion to us.
99) From your perspective what is the most troublesome aspect or trait of humans on this planet?
Capicio: The lack of trust. They lack trust of any acceptance which brings up an aggressive nature which is a repulsion of different characteristics of certain individuals on your planet. This repels people from coming together. I guess I should say prejudice is most troublesome.
100) From your perspective what is the most encouraging or promising aspect or trait of humans on this planet?
Capicio: Your creativity and your willingness to just keep going once you set a goal. You have this perseverance to just keep discovering more and more. You don’t quit. We like that a lot. We don’t have that aspect because in our society we’re so homogeneous. We don’t have any strong competition or things that compel you to do some of the things that are wonderful to bring about your creativity and your drive. We just don’t have that drive.
101) Why do you feel you need to introduce yourselves to Earth?
Capicio: Because we have a mission to help Earth and bring it up to par where it should be and to heal it.
101) This is almost the same question in a way but what is the perceived or anticipated benefit to Earth by being introduced to you or by knowing about you and your race?
Capicio: Well, first and foremost, you learn more about love – this will be very beneficial to help you heal, not only your physical bodies but your relationships among your yourselves, your communities – it will help your nation’s heal.
102) What would or could you say to the people of Earth who believe they are the only intelligent people life in the universe?
Capicio: We can’t believe anybody could believe that. Just look at the sky at night. Another thing to think about as well – look at diversity, just look on your planet? What a great diversity you have – not just one animal, not just one fish, not just one bird. Why would you think that the whole universe doesn’t have diversity? We think that’s ludicrous.
103) What could you do to exhibit for the people of Earth that believe they are the only intelligent life in the universe?
Capicio: If some of them learn to allow us to heal them and they learn to heal themselves, they might begin to realize that this is not what their fellow humans do. The other thing is that there’s always the option that we could pay a visit to your people here on Earth and they can see for themselves, they can see us, they can talk with us, they could walk with us, and then it would be very hard for them to say we’re not real.
104) Is that in your plan somewhere down the road?
Capicio: We hope so.
105) What would or could you do for the people of Earth to demonstrate that your friendly and have beneficent intentions?
Capicio: We can invite them to come sit with us and allow us to heal them. I think that would speak more than anything we could say. The other thing I think is interesting is when humans come in contact with us they will feel our love radiating out from us in a very, very good feeling. You can’t miss it, you can feel it.
106) Is there anything that you want to say or address that I didn’t ask about that you think is important to share about yourselves?
Capicio: When we come, we come in love here on our mission and to share with as many as we can the beauty and the power of love. It has a power in many ways that those on your world are not even aware of. We can offer many things for those who are open to receive. We think that more will come and meet with us, and yes, they will be able to meet with us, we will come in person.
107) Do we share any genetic heritage?
Capicio: Yes, we do.
