Session
Opening

Prayer: Larry: Dear Father, thank you for our gathering. Thank you for all of the blessings that you have bestowed on each one of us. Help us to be good stewards of those blessings. We pray for our country and the world. We pray for peace. We pray for a statesman to come forth to lead our nation into a better direction. We pray for light and life and the coming of Monjoronson. We love you God. In Christ Michael’s name, Amen.

JAREL:  TR, George: Good evening. It is I, your teacher JarEl.

Lucille: Welcome

JAREL:  : TR, George: It is good to be back again and I would like to welcome those who have not been here for a while.

Lesson

JAREL:   If you recall, last time we met, I urged you to keep away from fear; fear that brings you down, fear that makes you panic, fear that creates the possibility of you making rash decisions. There is another line of support to all the peoples of the world, to all the peoples of the universe, and that support is God. He binds us, He keeps us together and He helps us communicate with one another. And so, He is that support that you all have, that you all share. Regardless of what may happen on this planet, that connection is constant and consistent.

It shall be with you forever, even to the days when you have united with Him when you have fused and you are one with God. This connection shall never fail you. So as things crash around you, as the world falls apart, our God is with us. Our God comforts us and our God loves us. He will not lead you astray. He will not let you be lost. If you seek Him, you shall find Him. If you call out to Him he shall hear you even before you make that decision to call Him. He knows your intention, He knows your will and He knows what you want and what you need and He provides accordingly.

God is more than just a support. He is the core from which all of your energy comes. He is that essential wellspring that gives you life, that drives you forward and that one day will help you achieve your potential. He is also the person who gives you meaning in your life. Yes, you may find meaning independently, but ultimately it is connected with the True Source and Center. And this connection, these various connections, are reserved for some future revelation to yourself; not everything is revealed at this moment, not every meaning is explained. But as you travel forward, as you travel inward, you will discover all the connections that you have with God.

It is very important at this time in your lives to look inward and discover that solid footing that is God. He is the anchor from which you set forward when you sail onto the high seas of uncertainty. And He is that shore that you one day will reach once you have traveled and have made various adventures. God is that certainty that awaits you at the end of your long day. He is the measure of assurance that all your lifes’ work has meaning and worth. He is the prize that you will receive at the end of your long, long struggle.

So, given the relativity of this grand career that awaits you, what happens here and now on this planet will be of little significance. You will be well taken care of. God will not give you more than you can handle. The challenges that await you after this planet will be far greater than what you are being challenged with right now. So do not fret over the situations that you all currently find yourselves in, for all this will pass. And when your lives take you into the new realms of Morontia, you will face new challenges that some of you may find unbearable, but yet that will pass as well and you will transcend that existence and raise yourself up to a new level of understanding and spirituality. And all of these challenges are meant to make you a better person, a better soul and a better spiritual being.

You shouldn’t be afraid of challenges. Life will give you many challenges. A brave soul faces these challenges even if he or she is uncertain of what the outcome may be. Those that are brave go forward anyway. Do not let fear dominate your life. Do not let fear creep into your decision-making. Fear only stifles you, slows you down. Fear only postpones what will be one day inevitable. Fear only retards your understanding of how things should be. Let go of these fears and embrace each challenge that faces you. Look at it in an honest fashion and solve your life’s problems through calm decision-making. If you use this pattern you will have no problem facing your later challenges that you will face when you pass the veil of death.

There is so much that awaits you, but before you can reach those places, you must pass challenges. You must raise the bar to your own understanding; you must challenge yourself; you must urge yourself to be a better person, a better human being. You must find that inner voice that is inside you that speaks to you, and you must commune with it. And all of these are challenges that can be overcome, but it takes work, it takes perseverance and it takes faith. You are all very capable of doing this. For there is nothing more special about some of you than there is of others; you are all equal in God’s eyes and He loves you all just the same. So you are all capable of reaching Him in various fashions and in various ways, but equal, nonetheless.
Are there any questions here tonight?

Dialogue

Lucille: I thought when we got nearer to God it would be easier?

JAREL:  : TR, George: That is not true.

Lucille: That’s what I’m hearing.

JAREL:  : TR, George. It is far more complex and difficult, but you will be up to the challenge. But it is challenging, nonetheless. The closer you get to God the more complex things get, but it is up to you to understand all the complexities. But at the same time, the closer you get, the harder it is for you to understand the simplest of concepts, for the complexities have taken over and made it very difficult for you to break things down to their most basic and elemental shapes.

Even if you were to be face to face with God at this moment, you would not be able to pass the ultimate test, despite its simplicity, simply because you are not ready to understand the question. The last question that is asked of you will be simple, comparatively, but will be very difficult to answer. In its simplicity is inherent the complexities that exist in all the universe. Your long travels and your long experiences will equip you sufficiently to answer such questions, but at the same time, they may hinder and handicap you from seeing the truth in its simplest shape. Are there any more questions?

Joe: I had a small little speech I concisely put together, if I may?

JAREL:  : You may.

Joe: Thank you. I think we should value immensely, God’s gift of freewill to us, our ability to learn through “experience” that which we associate as “good” and that which we associate as “bad.” The fact we were not created in someone’s ideal and allowed to figure out what is ideal for ourselves should mean a lot to us. It is through experience that we are able to improve and develop our personality, which has eternal value, and once perfected, is changeless in the face of change.
As our personalities grow and develop, we can better distinguish between the ideals of personality growth and the circumstantial wisdom those ideals can apply to. It is through my own growth in circumstantial wisdom that I speak to you today to make my declaration of intent to assist the Magisterial Mission’s efforts.

I would like to share with you (briefly) why I have made this decision as I think what I say is to everyone’s benefit:
Many of my interactions with other people and “so-called entities” would have you and I believe the adjuster is not God. Well, I do not care if my adjuster is Santa Claus or Peter Pan, the fact of the matter is, if it were not for its guidance or loving support, I would not be here today. I had a rough journey and it saw me through thick and thin. It has emboldened my faith in God and given me an inner strength which is priceless. It is truly the best friend I ever had. I have yet to find fault in its guidance. It has helped me and I intend to help it work through me during my anticipated tenure and promote its ministry.

It was the adjuster’s love and imparting wisdom that triumphed in my intention to stay.
Additionally, I think I speak for all of us when I say we are naturally saddened to see this planet so tarnished. To hear of people sleeping in trash, children being sold so a family can support themselves, people starving, people dying of treatable diseases, people suffering with the inequity of poor environmental and hereditary inheritances; this is not right. I do not think we can coexist without the Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Man. I hope by us working together, we can further promote these ideas.

The unique experiences we have had here will allow us to contribute new meanings and values to the universe. I know as we move forward we will project this attitude in much of what we do. I want to close by thanking everyone here for the continuing love and support you have provided to me and others. I would also like to thank JarEl for his wisdom, encouragement, and the faith he has in all of us. That is all.

Donna: Thank you

Joe: You are very welcome.

JAREL:  : Thank you for sharing.

Joe: And I have to thank you for your previous advice. I think it helped me refine my speech from what would normally be just a bunch of rambling and blathering to an unintended audience to something that is concise and meaningful. What would have normally been five pages was concisely put together in one. I think that what you imparted to me during one of the Teaching Mission sessions where I did give a speech was helpful, so I appreciate that very much.

Closing

JAREL:  : You are very welcome and I appreciate your sharing your insights with this group. I do believe that every single one of you will refine the way you relate to the world and the way you communicate. At one point in your career you will be able to relate to others in one or two sentences and that will be suffice to convey all the understanding and all the emotion and all the information that you want to impart. However, I do appreciate your efforts to improve yourself. And with that I leave you. Goodnight.

All: Goodnight JarEl and thank you.
