Antarel: APU is a very peaceful and passive world, located in, what you refer to as, the Alpha Centauri star system – associated with the Proxima Centuari star. The people mostly live in rural areas in small villages and are mostly focused on their family and the community. They are a content and happy people focused on working together and helping each other. We are aware of some of the hi-tech knowledge and developments on other worlds along with some of disasters that have come about because of these advances and have been content to be where we are using our own highly developed psychic and healing abilities to help each other. We are able to manifest, replicate, remote view, bi-locate without using any foreign technology; simply by using our own God given abilities that many of us have developed to a high degree. We never use these abilities to bring harm to others. This is a foreign concept to us. This is why I like one of your expressions very much – “Don’t go without. Go within.” To us that is the way to proceed.

We are aware of many of the high beings in the spiritual administration. However, we do not develop relationships with them. APU is approximately 20% smaller than Earth with a pretty similar surface with animals and plants that are generally similar to the ones you are familiar with. As you can imagine there are also some that would appear strange to you only because they are unknown to you, but not in any weird sense.

Most of the home structures in the villages and countryside are pretty primitive, but quite suitable and comfortable for the people that live in them. There is no running water or electricity or much need of such since the modern electronic devices are not readily available outside of the metropolitan areas. Villages are built near running streams and wood is available for firewood to heat and cook.

In the urban areas the styles of architecture and the use of color have gone through many different phases during the different eras of time. There was a period where all stark lines and corners were discarded for rounded corners. At that same time, the people turned away from stark or dark colors to muted, softer colors. It was meant to provide a sense of peace and tranquility, but that era did not last long as the people longed for the sharper lines and vibrant colors to give contrast to the rest of the décor. Now things seemed to have settled into a reasonable and pleasing blend of both.

There are five large major metropolitan areas with car, rail and air transportation systems. Outside of these areas there is little internet connection and books are treasured possessions shared by all.

Ivika: Since Antarel has told you about our planet, I would like to tell you about the nature of the people on APU. Our people are a very loving and gentle people. We all have well developed psychic abilities. Most of those in rural areas are simple people who work the land. They think nothing of being able to communicate with those not nearby, however, it has never occurred to them to try and communicate with anyone or any being other than those they know.

This is very different in urban areas where many people come together from the different areas of APU. Here, ideas and possibilities are shared opening up many opportunities for growth and development in all areas of life. In this arena, many are open to the receiving information and inspiration from the collective consciousness. It is through our open sharing and psychic abilities that we were able to learn about the worlds around us and to envision and view what they were doing and how they conducted themselves in life. Thus, we were able to get up to speed without allowing any of their negative aspects influence us and our peaceful way of life. Now we have developed safe technologies equal to and in some cases superior to what they have.

THE MENTORI

We are the Mentori. We are healers, who come from outside your universe to assist those on your world in learning more about ways of healing yourselves without the use of poisonous chemicals that not only harm you individually, but the environment you live in. We always work as a group or team, usually consisting of 3-7 of us, who always have access to the collective knowledge of our group in its totality. Our methods of healing are as effective as your most significant highly technological systems and are free. We hope you will learn more about us and avail yourselves of our services.

Some of you, who work with your beloved Dr. Mendoza may already be benefiting from our services as we are and have been for some time part of Dr. Mendoza’s healing team. This works well for us as we know that when we approach individuals who are sensitive enough to perceive our presence, it can be a frightening experience as we can appear like shadowy dark tall beings with long straggly black hair. However, when we we make it known that we are not there to harm you, but you help you heal. the fear quickly dissipates and is replaced by an openness and willingness to listen to us and allow us to help you heal. As your trust and confidence in us grows, a natural relationship with us begins to grow that can last a life time and beyond to help you and those you wish to have our healing services. We are, also, quite capable and willing to assist in the healing of your beloved pets or any living creature.

We would like to make it known that as good as we are, there are times when we are not able to assist you. Sometimes there is a reason beyond your understanding that your physical situation may be serving a purpose for you. We will only assist in any healing that is in the highest and best interests of the individual and healing may not fit that paradigm. We suggest that if you have been requesting or praying for healing for a long time to no avail, that you go within and search to find any ways your physical situation may be benefiting you. That realization can be just the key that is needed to open the door for healing to begin for you.

You can be of service to us by using our healing services and sharing your experiences with others to contribute to the Correcting Time for as each individual is healed the world is healed. Your world is out of step and holding up progress on a grand scale. This is why so much attention is being sent to your world in the way of healing mind, body and soul. We each have our own parts to play. We encourage you to play your part to the best of your ability. We are here to help you each be better able to do just that. Please call on us. Healyons: We would like to continue to be known as the “Healyons” on your world. We like this name as we find it a good combination of what we do with a hint of how we do it. We feel it is a name people can remember.

We are about as tall as you are on your world. Most of us have light to dark brown hair, blue eyes and light colored skin. Our bodily functions are the same as yours. We are much healthier than those of you on your world because we eat pretty much like you did generations ago with simple natural ingredients that do not contain all the toxic elements that are now found in your food produce and products – particularly your processed food items. We have managed to develop a fairly sophisticated society while protecting and holding on to the basics of living with nature and protecting it from harmful elements. Our world’s climates and landscapes are is similar to many of yours. You would feel quite at home on our world. In fact, you would actually feel better and be healthier.

Some of us became intrigued by learning that on a neighboring planet tachyon technology was being used to heal individuals. So we visited there by what you would think of as astral travel to witness this for ourselves. Seeing how simple and effective it was, we committed ourselves to do this for those on our planet. In time and with practice we learned how to direct the tachyon particles or waves into an individual’s body on a cellular level. Later on we then learned how to do this without being physically present. You might think of this as long distance manifestation and manipulation. However, you are able to conceive the process, we can assure that when we use this tachyon technology it works. We work as a team, although some on our team have unique skills and abilities that aid us all, in our healing work in a natural almost seamless way.

In order to be able to be aware that someone was requesting our healing service, we let it be known that those who wish to request our services should say silently or out loud, “Command 771” and state you have a request. We pick the request up like a radio signal and then respond by sending the appropriate Healyons who can be energetically present. This is what we do. On the rare occasion when this is not possible we have a different way to accomplish the same results long distance, you might say, using all the networks that circle and connect about the globe.

It is not necessary to describe your condition in your request. Simply putting in a request for healing is sufficient. We have what you might think of as very advanced, remote viewing capabilities and can see into a single cell in your body should we wish to do so. Thus, we are immediately and acutely aware of why you are sending us a request.

We are aware that on your world there are now, what are sometimes referred to as “Med Beds” that use highly advanced tachyon technology and are quite costly. We would like to make you aware that this is not necessary. The same effects can be done in your own home simply by calling on us.

As on all worlds, we have a variety of work that is done by different members of our society. There are, also, other uses for the tachyon technology. We, who call ourselves the Healyons, have put our focus on learning and performing healing on living beings whether human or animal. It is our mission to help you learn to heal yourselves and to learn more about healthy living to maintain your health and live longer. Your world has much to learn about this healing technology to catch up with life on other worlds around you. It is our wish to help you catch up to your neighboring worlds in this area. ARCTURIANS – CAPICIO AND RANA

Capicio: I am Capicio, an Arcturian from the blue planet orbiting the sun Arcturus in the Boötes constellation. Most Arcturians are focused on higher consciousness and healing on all levels – mind, body and spirit through the power of love, the most powerful force in existence that binds all beings and things in the universe together to live and work together in peace and harmony. Loving and supporting each other in ways the are healthy and beneficial for the individual and the society.

We are very effective at bringing about healing, particularly with individual beings after centuries of experience. We often work in pairs as we have discovered that the combination of different unique abilities work better in healing. I tend to have a rather direct and straightforward approach, while Rana my teammate, is equally qualified and powerful, but has a much more gentle and nurturing approach when working with an individual. We feel very satisfied and successful working this way as a team.

Rana: I am Rana and I work closely with Capicio. We are both highly empathic and aware of what the physical conditions are in detail with any of those we work with, whether on our world or other worlds. We are also highly attuned and can quickly be aware that you are reaching out to us for help in healing. As impossible as it may seem to you, we can respond to your calling on us almost instantly. Those who are more sensitive may feel our presence or be aware of our words to you. Please be assured that any inability you may have to sense our presence or communications with you is not an indication that we are not present and attending to your healing needs. Some of your healing issues can be taken care almost instantly and other issues may take a much longer time for you to be aware that you are healing to allow the body sufficient time to adjust to the healing. Please reach out to us for any healing you wish help with for yourselves or for others. It is our desire and mission to be of service to heal others and help to raise the vibrational consciousness of all sentient beings.

Our world is a very peaceful and pleasant place to us. We feel you would at first find our world a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the tranquility until you might begin to miss some of the high drama and excitement that exists on your would on a daily basis. The temperatures around our world are mostly pretty moderate with few extremes of heat or cold. Our landscapes to us our serene and beautiful. To visit from your world you might miss the diversity high mountains and rugged cliffs, the lush dense jungles and desserts.

As Arcturians, we can inhabit bodies similar to yours, however, we have mastered the ability to arrange our energy patterns to instantly become pure energy without material form. This allows us to teleport ourselves to wherever we wish to be. Thus, we can be with you energetically as we are working with you. We look forward to your calling on us.

“Arcturus is the highest Civilization in our galaxy,” –Edgar Cayce
The word Arcturus is Greek for “Bear Keeper” or “Guardian of the Bear”. The Great Bear belongs to the Ursa Major Constellation.
37 light years from earth, the Arcturians have come to assist earth with its evolutionary process.
Many prominent people have claimed to have made contact with these extra-terrestrial beings at one time or another including mystic clairvoyant Edgar Cayce who was once given the name “The Sleeping Prophet”.

Who are the Arcturians?
The Arcturians are described as having greenish-blueish skin with large almond-shaped eyes and 3 fingers. They are short and slender, have the ability to move things with their mind and communicate telepathically.
Because of their ethereal bodies, they do not eat food like humans do. They drink an effervescent elixir that is nourishing to their entire being. They only sleep once a week and their rest time is considered very sacred. They use their sleep to connect to higher dimensional realms of consciousness. Arcturians live 350-400 years and do not die of old age. For old age and disease have been eradicated a long time a go for these entities. Instead, they leave their world once their spiritual contract has been completed.

What Kind of abilities do they have?

Arcturians don’t need their physical eyes to see. Rather, they see telepathically. They are telekinetic by nature and communicate with their minds. These entities ingest information much faster than human beings. They take in information telepathically and at a rate 100 times faster than people. During their own evolution, they’ve come to master the “Self”. One fundamental aspects of their being is “Love”. Love is the ingredient needed to live in 5th density according to the Arcturians. These entities have since overcome the lower fear-based self. They are masters of their bodies, emotions, thoughts and creation.

What is their Planet System Like?

Temperatures on their planet is stable with no extreme weather. They live in a civilization of oneness. And live according to their vibrational frequency and aura colors. There is no ego and no competition on their planet. There is no mental or physical illness.

What is their Star Ship Like?
Their craft functions with crystals. They are said to have a star-ship called “Athena” that travels around the earth. These entities can manifest physically if need be but rather exist in the ethereal state. They have bases all around the earth, usually inside mountains. They have bases on the moon and around the universe.

Why are They Here?
Arcturians are here to help raise the vibrational frequency of Earth to accommodate the 4th and 5th density. This is a challenging time for earth since many negative influences have had a hold on the planet. These negative influences need to be eradicated which is part of the ascension process.

Edgar Cayce on Arcturus
Edgar Cayce believed these beings are the guardians and protectors of higher consciousness. He called them the prototype of our future. They, as a civilization, have once gone through the evolutionary process humanity is at the cusp of going through now. According to Cayce, Arcturus is a gateway between life and death. It is a station that non-physical light consciousness passes through in order to become more accustomed to the physical dimension.

The Galactic Federation of Worlds

Aaron: The Galactic Federation of Worlds mission is to bring the worlds together to work cooperatively which is to bring people together in peace and harmony and understanding and we’re not only bringing people together – our mission is to bring worlds together. Falling under that, we also reach out to the different races on the worlds to help. There are different races on each world sometimes and they may be in contention and we try to bring whatever is out of balance into balance so they can work together peacefully and very productively. Everybody wins and benefits.

I’m like a diplomat, an ambassador. When we see that there’s a real dissension between groups on a world or between worlds – it’s my job to go in and find out what the situation is on both sides, talk to both sides and then help them see how much greater it will be for both of them when they work together instead of against each other. That’s often can work. Also the nice thing is when you are able to approach these individuals or beings with love, they are more open to listen because they don’t sense any aggression coming from me- that I’m no threat. I come offering options and it’s their option to either take it or reject it – it’s not forced upon them. It’s just there as something they may wish to consider. Then, if they do accept then I’m glad to go back and do what I can to work with the other side or do whatever needs to be done to bring it about. Pretty much like how you do it on your world when it’s done well.

I approach them not by showing the differences, but what they can gain by learning from each other. It’s not one versus the other. It’s showing somebody what they can gain by opening themselves up to accept the ideas.

There are also other parts to The Galactic Federation of Worlds as it reaches out into all different of areas. Part of it for example, is that we have different planets that are only interested in healing. Other planets are interested in mechanical things. We have different worlds that are focused on different areas. That might be something to also think about when you explain who we are – we’re not just about bringing worlds together, we’re bringing totally different areas of interest and specializations together and that’s why it’s so important to bring worlds together, to come together and to work together because some have really advanced abilities in different areas willing to share.
