Alana on Speaking the Communion of Love
ALANA: I welcome you, as well the sorrow that has been expressed. Step into the heart room with me. I am here. Come home to the heart room with your brothers and sisters of love, in love, practicing love.
Every journey on your planet encounters struggle. Each must discern what is certain in the face of great uncertainty. It is difficult to allow love when fear and violence in the mind divert one from the path of learning to love. But you have within you the light, the guidance, the love you need. The challenge is to embrace love on a planet of strife. The challenge is to embrace strife with the love in your heart. You practice, you share your practice – this is the way.
Dialogue
ALANA: So, do you wish to speak to me?
Student: Yes, Alana, always.
ALANA: : I love to be with you.
Student: Thank you. You said recently that it was important to reach a point of balance in my relationship.
ALANA: : Speaking the communion of love is always a good beginning. Yes?
Student: What does that mean, Alana?
ALANA: : It is allowing compassion and understanding to be communicated. It is to perceive the other with love. It is allowing love to inform the changes you experience, to inform the understanding of those changes, to inform the acceptance of those changes; love informing has the capacity to inform you and the other, at the same time.
Sometimes, my beloved, it is useful to ask yourself, “What must I do to restore balance that, when I give this consideration, I realize it was my choice not to do so?”
Choice, as you know, is yours to make freely. I do not imply criticism if you imagine a true and beautiful step to take, and still say, “No.” Sometimes this creates a plethora of new ideas, possibilities, directions, choices, behaviors, opening the door, perhaps, to even greater love than you had imagined possible in your first choice of possibility.
Legion on Trust
ALANA: The first step toward balance is to eliminate fear, doubt, guilt and shame so as to look through the eyes of love. Do not be ashamed of your lack of trust. Study it. Welcome it into your heart room and learn from it. You will see the issue lies deep within, for even in accepting that you do not trust someone, you are speaking of your ability to see correctly, to see someone as human with human fears and doubts that shape behavior. So the lack of trust is with your self, is it not?
You must learn to speak to him about these matters without past emotions shaping your tongue; the emotional intensity of pain colored by lingering hurt speaks words less likely to be understood. I think you use the word confusion. The heart wants to give love, but the heart can be deceptive in the human desire to right all wrongs, heal all wounds. Do not forsake yourself.
