I am the darkness as I am the light
I am the chaos as I am the calm
I am the moon as I am the sun
I am the cold as I am the heat
I am the pain as I am the comfort
I and the lion as I am the lamb
I am the heaven as I am the earth
I am the Left as I am the Right
I am the reflection as I am the shadow
I am consciousness
I am an expression of you in all
Please be still and know that I am the I am
I am the ship as I am the ocean
I and the wind as I am the stillness
I am the tumultuous as I am the steadfast
I am the sand as I am the rock
I am fire and air as I am the water
I am the journey as I am the path
I am in you just as I am you
I am the mind as I am the heart
I am with you as I know the feeling of loneliness
And the fallen as the risen
I am death as I am new life
I am the rejected as I am the chosen
I am God
I am in the depths as I am in the soars
I will be found there if you search for me with all that you are
I am with you always
Do not run from me
Do not have fear of any kind
I will dissipate the fear and remove it as far as the east is from the west
Trust me as I am the I am
I am heaven and hell
I am the beginning and the end
I am all existing in all creation
So be just as I am
I am the song and the dance
Dance and know that I am the all in all
Dance with the rhythm of all existence
I am joy as I am sorrow
Feel all emotions fully as they come
I am the experience as I am the wisdom
I am the lungs as I am the breath
I am the body as I am the soul
I am the atom as I am the universe
I am all frequencies, the yin and the yang
I am the energy of life that does not cease to be
So, be still and know that I am the I AM.
Be love as I am love. Be light as I am light. Kind as I am, forgiving and gracious. See what you want to be. Your actions reflect your desires, so be all that you wish for.
