Session 1
Opening
MACHIVENTA: Good afternoon, this is Machiventa Melchizedek. I am the Planetary Prince, Planetary Manager of this world, that you call Earth and others call Urantia; some call it Gaia, others call it Terra. I am here to help unfold the plans of Christ Michael, the Creator of this world, to bring about its healing and its renewal. I am the one who is principally involved with the Energy Managers and Directors of this planet, which hold earthquakes and such in abeyance, and with agreement, lets them release their energy at a time when it will work best for the evolution of your world and your civilization. I hope you do not see me as a evil wrong-doer of tragedy and disaster; I simply try to minimize the damage. You might call it damage control for a world, so that it remains in sufficient condition to be effective as another home for later generations.

Catastrophism

I am the one who taught Abraham; I have been here before. I was incarnate in a body as the Sage of Salem, which you know as Jerusalem. I taught many for many years until it became obvious that I was not growing old, and that I needed to move on. Concepts of the One God was primary to those teachings, that there is more evidence, and evident in the world than that which you see, that there is order and harmony. There is a logic and reason behind all that occurs, that the earthquakes and the rains and floods were not signs of peril and retribution by God as punishment for wrong-doing, but simply to reveal that these were the out-workings of natural events. My teachings assisted individuals to learn that while God is ‘out there,’ God is ‘in here,’ and [to] wait for a greater teacher to come and tell people and show people that God truly is within them, and that if each person is a son of God, that there is a holy part of you that waits to be developed into its greatest fulfillment in this lifetime and the next lifetimes.

Sustainability

I work closely with the Most Highs, who are involved in the “institutions of men,” (would you put that in quotes,) governments and economies, world commerce and so on. It is the staff of the Most Highs that give Boards of Directors options for their work, government counsels that see other options. They have had their greatest influence now, and you will see the results in months and years to come, when there must be other options taken besides the ‘old guard’, the ‘old standard,’ your old crystallized ways of living and the belief-expectations that those in power have. That is not sustainable. The word, ‘sustainability’ has begun to be widespread, as you have heard this morning. This was done deliberately; this has been planted in the minds of many people as an option for the future. It is a way for individuals to bring comparison to the present practices to that which could be.

This afternoon, you can be fully assured that you will have two or three assistants—each of you—assisting you in the process that you will experience. Remember, there is no ‘push,’ no necessity for you to do this; there is no requirement; there is no harm or danger in this practice of writing to God, to a Melchizedek, to a Guardian Angel—it is simply another attribute, another skill that you are developing. Some of you, unbeknownst to you, could have been great tennis players, archers, writers and artists, but you never had the opportunity to experience that skill.

The skill you are learning today, during these days is a similar skill and it lays latent in everyone. You simply need to give yourself permission to buy a tennis racket and start playing. Pick up your pen and write; write with abandon. You will feel an urge within you, a welling up which will be strong. The urge to say something or feel it choking your neck as the words want to come through, and as that is conferred to your writing hand. This is the nudge, this is the tap on your shoulder, this is the urge to co-create, to communicate. This is the beginning of your new skills to communicate with us.

Today you have heard that you are needed. I repeat the message: We need you! We need you to release yourself from the bondage of the boxes that you have lived in. Kick out the walls! See what is available to see and to hear and to write about. When you are asked the question, strive to answer, “What is possible?” You will be amazed at the answers you receive. You may wish to ask this question of your teachers, or whoever is with you today in writing. “What am I possible of doing?” Be prepared for an answer of great significance.

Service

Phrase your questions very simply so they are in alignment with your intention for your life. “What am I to do?” “Where can I be most effective?” “Is it here? Is it there?” “Do I know the direction I am to go? Has it been revealed to me?” Very simple questions that only require three, four or five words to answer, or maybe even a sentence. Keep it simple, my friends. Do not strive too hard; be gentle with yourselves, but strive, strive—release yourself. Again, I say, we need you to be with us for only with you can we co-create a sustainable future. It was one of your early writers that said, “Go west, young man.” That was Horace Greeley. When you ask for directions, we surely give [them to] you; when you ask for opportunities unfolded in front of you to reveal the way, we will give them to you. They will be revealed. “Is there an opportunity for me?” Yes! “Will that be revealed soon?” Yes! “Will I recognize it when it appears?” Perhaps not. “Will you assist me to recognize the sign or symbol, or the opportunity?” Yes! We will definitely do that. We do not want you to mistake the signpost to guide you in the course of life, so you careen off into space on your own. You dedicate your lives to a spiritual pursuit, and so therefore we are committed with you to assist you. Do not make the mistake that we are not here, for we truly are, and we always have been. Now, you have asked for our presence to come to you in personal matters, in your career and in your development, and we are here to do that.

Purpose

We will not squander these resources that you lay before us—your lives, the growth of your soul. These are dear to us. We will not squander this; we will not waste an opportunity in offering you opportunities in your life, to follow the direction to which you will find fulfillment. Each of you has a divine purpose in this world, one in which you can find meaning. It may be humble, but when it is co-creative, it involves the Divine, then, too. Holy work is not just for churches or religious organizations. Holy work is fulfilling the commitment to God’s work, to the Creator’s work. This is fulfillment of your lives, and this exploration, this magnificent reward of meaning and purpose and seeing fulfillment in some small way is yours, truly is yours.

The time of talking in metaphors and parables is past. We only use them now to illustrate points in a speech or presentation. No longer are the purposes of your life be hidden, but are to be revealed to you. You already have the means, the mechanisms to do so. Now you simply need practice.

Session 2
Opening

CHARLES: Good afternoon, this is Charles. I am really not all that English, you know, nor French. I am the executive figurehead of the Triumvirate of Christ Michael, Machiventa Melchizedek and Monjoronson. Monjoronson is the formal head of the revisionist program for your planet. I am here to answer your questions, if you desire.

Dialogue
Catastrophism

Student: I would like to ask Charles a question.

CHARLES: Certainly!

Student: With all the planetary changes that are going on, there is a possibility that our communications network might come down. This is the way at first that we get to communicate with one another and I was wondering if we have any other options, if this happens, that we can keep in touch with one another, especially over wide areas of the world?

CHARLES: Yes, to all that you have said. Yes, there will be a collapse of your communications systems, particularly in the space program of separate nations, as there is an over-abundance of technology that is redundant. These instruments in space will fail and they will be out of commission eventually. Fortunately, several of them have lives of great longevity. It does not require a tremendously large corps of technicians to maintain one or two in space. What will happen is that with the duress that will occur in the future, and its pressure upon technology and resources, is that nations must come together to share these devices. So, rather than having over 2,000 of them in space, you have those that are spaced equidistantly, efficiently and effectively around the earth in far less numbers.

There will be disruptions in the fiber-optic network of nations and transoceanic transmissions, due to the cables not being maintained or failure or being broken during earth changes. You will find in the future, whole, large geographic areas that are in communications blackouts because the fiber-optic network that connects satellite dishes to technological centers to the distribution centers, to homes and businesses has been destroyed and disrupted. This is most unfortunate, yet it is a natural consequence of unsustainable technologies, ones that need constant maintenance, and it is typical—and that is not announced negatively—about your technologies, and is simply to state the technology as you have it at this point. Does this answer your question, sir?

Student: Yes, thank you, Charles.

Student: [Unavailable: Corrupted recording.]    Also, I was wondering how to carry forth the thinking that we’ve learned, and not shut down the process. Are there practices that in your tradition are recommended to continue forward individually, when we are separated? I know that there are some that when we come back together that’s special. What would they be? I didn’t forget, Charles.

CHARLES: You learn quickly, little one! Yes, we have correctly and compassionately assessed what has occurred there. There has been a deepening of your relationships with each other, and within yourselves. You have begun to heal developments in your life which had not been exposed before. You are also being exposed to the connection, the intimate connection with others; you have made more than family here. Friendship is near to Divine in its actualizing capacity for each individual.

Service

One, it is important that you maintain connections with each other; that you have an identifiable means of communicating with each other as a group, and that these communications be shared with each other. I understand that you have email that is capable of grouping names together collectively, and that you can write to each other this way.

Second, your personal practice is daily, but almost constant. You live a life with many projects in mind—each of you do—and as you work in these projects, remember that you are not alone. If you begin by asking, “Is there someone here?” you will hear, “Yes.” And if you ask, “Would you help me with this project?” you will hear, “Yes.” And then you say, “Well, I have a problem: It is this ( ______ ). What do you think about that?” and they will answer you. And when you ask, “What are my options?” they will tell you. And you will say, “Well, I have chosen option #3. What are the positive influences of this option, and what are the negative influences? What is the up-side and what is the down-side?” and you will be given those. They will be very clear to you. You might say, “Well I can’t decide between option #3 and option #5. What are the best sides of each and what are the negative sides of each?” and they will tell you. And so you might say, “I need a little bit of time to integrate this in my thinking, and I will make a decision in an hour or two, or tomorrow.” and so you do. This may be involving a small project or a large project. It may involve a group of other people or organization, or it may involve you with a dog or a pet, in raising it. This information is always available to you.

You must remember, however, that your life is a training school for your growth, your soul’s growth. All of the instructions here to assist you to make moral decisions, ethical decisions, decisions involving social conscience, and decisions involving service. It is through these three venues that your soul grows. When you have grown enough that you have no more large emotional issues to work through, and life has given you a smooth playing field, then it is time to be of service. And you ask, “Where can I be of the most service? How can I be most effective? How can I participate in the development of a new world, a sustainable community?” You may choose to work in a wellness program—this is wonderful. We will have assistance for you readily at hand, whenever you ask, but you must ask. We do not intrude when you do not ask. All good relationships are active. All latent relationships are passive. You determine which you want in your life.

Sustainability

Further, #3, you will want to begin examining these three core values and schematic for sustainability as being applicable to your organization or to a project. And through use of that, you can develop a program of evolution for your organization. Further, as you know, this provides a readily accessible, rational, reasonable program that you can present to donors, who may have made contributions to your organization. They are not simply just making donations to paint the walls, but to improve programs in a rational manner. You gain legitimacy and validity in the authentic original values of the organization.

Fourth, you will want to see how to use this in other places in your life. You will see that they will be necessary to continue this program of this weekend in another future time. You have already begun to work on that. Know that as you determine a date that we will be working with you. Once you agree upon a date, then you know there is commitment to do that. Then you will develop a program. You will ask for options, which would be the most effective–#1, 2, 3 or 4? And you will be given the up-sides and down-sides for both if you ask. When you ‘hire’ us as consultants, we do not quit, kids! We are there 24/7 for you, to use your language. (Laughter.)

It is necessary that this continue, to support the family that you have engendered here, this weekend, you have eleven tender hearts, and believe me, there are really thirteen, that share something in common here, that you know you wish to continue. It is much like a deep love relationship, which may come to an end because you move to different places. This is not necessarily the end of this at all because you go back to your homes. There is a way of maintaining continuity and family relations that also assist in your home space and your community space and as well, the continuation of this program. We would ask that you assist in this development, but if you wish not to, that is your choice and there would be no harm in that either. Know that we are always your constant companions, without an agenda for your life, other than to fulfill your own life plan.

Student: I have a question that involves the Order of Melchizedek. Is there an actual history, a known history of it, meaning a section of it? I’m thinking of the one that Jesus was a member of that Order?

Melchizedeks

CHARLES: Yes, there are individual recorded instances of Melchizedeks coming to your world. There was the Melchizedek, the teacher of Salem that is recorded—the Sage of Salem—in Palestine, which is now Israel. There are other instances where the name is misspelled, misaligned and mispronounced, that there have been Melchizedeks. The order of Melchizedek is an Order that the Creator Son of this local universe participated in as part of one of his seven incarnations. That is part of his assuming the awareness and knowledge, sympathy and empathy for all who live in his domain in which he rules and governs. How can one become a compassionate, knowing, altruistic, yet just and merciful ruler, without having occupied the minds of his subordinates of his created children? It is not possible. This living process is one which is replicated many times throughout the universe.

The Order of Melchizedek is ancient. It began many billions of years ago in galaxies and created universes far, far away. The time reckoning of your scientists is vastly out of sync with that of the universe. The universe is far, far, far older than has been determined by your scientists. If your scientists were truly thinking, they realize in their telescopes they say they can see 13.7 or 14 billion years in the past, and what do they see? More galaxies. How long have they been in existence? They didn’t flash into existence in just a thousand years, or a minute or two, no.

If they were to then look beyond those galaxies and point their telescopes far deeper into the universe, they would continue to see the same process. And yet, on millions and billions of galaxies, of millions and billions and trillions of inhabited planets there are individuals on every planet that are sentient and capable of moral decisions. And they are known personally and intimately by the Creator, and are cared for equally. Note that all the eminence, presence in authority of the Creator is blessed upon you.

Student: Charles, can you tell us and the people of our planet how we stand as compared to peoples of other planets? Where we stand, or how are we compared.

CHARLES: In what regard, sir?

Student: Development

CHARLES: Maturity?

Student: That’s good!

CHARLES: Poorly. (Laughter.)

Student: Can you talk anymore about that?

CHARLES: I could.

Student: Will you?

Competition

CHARLES: Most certainly. The maturity of your planet is not a consideration in determining whether you are worthy, or worth being saved or helped, or of receiving grants of assistance which is imminent in presence on your world now, and which will increase evermore. Comparisons are non-productive, dear one. Do not hold yourself in comparison to others, either as an individual or as a planet, or as a people. This will not affect your own course in life, or the course of your people, or the course of the planet. If you take it to a worst step of competition, you will see that it is far worth less than you first thought about. Competition in the universe is a product that leads to separation. Comparison is an act of separation.

Progress

A better question might be, “What elements must we engage to improve our kind?” This is a far more useful question. Again, it comes to the individual. The individual is the element upon which all civilizations are built. If the individual does not have a course of sustainability in the social institutions of its societies, to be sustained, then the society will not be sustained. There is no civilized society without individual sustainability. While individuals die in a short period of time, and they do not appear to be sustainable, civilization’s societies take longer to die, but they do die, and it is not necessary. Sustainable civilizations are possible, and not only possible, but probable.

And if you were to compare your planet’s civilization to others, you would see that there are millions of other planets that have sustainable civilizations. You would truly think you were a stranger in a strange land if you were to arrive on a planet that had oxygen, such as yours, and you could walk around and go to the libraries and be in its social institutions and examine what is going on. You would not recognize how they operate, they are so remarkably divergent from your own civilization and civilizational technology. There is technology of civilization, you know, and you are just beginning to understand the mechanics of it.

Student: Can I ask one more question?

CHARLES: Charles: Of course!

Student: Why do you need us to jump through such hoops to ask the questions just ‘right’?

CHARLES: For the understanding of others.

Student: So even if you know what we are trying to get at, that’s why?

CHARLES: This is instructional. Not everyone has as complex a mind as you. (Laughter.)

Student: Thank you!

Student: I have a question. You said, “You’d be surprised if we saw in other civilizations.” Could you give us some examples of the difference?

Parenting

CHARLES: Certainly. Let us take family, for instance, and childrearing: It is not necessary to have family, as you know, to raise children. You do need to have a procreative couple to bring this young one into existence. You need to have those accoutrements of social stability in your world to raise healthy children into healthy adults in this world. Yet, childrearing on other worlds is much different. You still have a procreative couple, who after the first two weeks, begin to release the child to a larger family, and that this family grows. You do not put this child into a family of 100, but you begin to expand the nucleus family to include upwards of a dozen people. The child is not passed around from house to house, but the child is cared for and nurtured by others who are able to recognize the developmental stages of the child, and to nurture them in this phase as is necessary, to come to completion.

It is essential in all humankind, sentient beings that they begin to feel safe from the very first moment of birth and onward. You have such difficulties in your world because individuals do not feel safe in their society. You drive to downtown Detroit and you wonder if you will come back with your pocketbook, or your life, and the same in many thousands of cities around the world. You do not understand the larger parameters in childrearing, which affect the whole structure of society and civilization. Many of you have seen your world die as a living organism, yet however, you do not see mankind as a single organism. How is this possible? How could you be so ignorant? You are not of high mentality, but there is a human consciousness. You are one, you are a whole, you are complete—you are just dysfunctional, however. When you have come to the point where you were children raised to your adulthood, and can raise your own children to adulthood to be functional adults, contributing adults, responsible adults in you society, then you have begun to see a sustainable society.

There are many ways to raise, to develop a sustainable civilization and society—this is only one that you have seen, and it is not working. That is why we are here to assist you. This one put on the board the very elemental process of childcare. [Referring to the Schematic for Sustainability that was developed on the white-board for this subject.] You saw almost immediately that it developed into dozens of sub-programs necessary to the process of childcare for an individual child. This all will eventually be established. It will be a program, it will be a part of your social learning program and educational settings, and everyone will know it.

Yes, there will be a requirement for more social conformance, particularly in individual behaviors that affect the larger outcomes of your communities and societies. You will see this simply as an evolution of personal responsibility. Your world, particularly this nation, far, far, far aggrandizes too much the individuality and individualism in your society. It is highly detrimental. It is appropriate to appreciate each individual as a unique being, and respect themselves, but to grant them license to injure others in wonton ways is inappropriate, is irresponsible. Where were you as a citizenry that you let this happen, you let your legislatures and courts let this go by? You must develop a process to empower you and we have given you the formula for doing so. Now it is up to you to develop this.

Co-creation

When you make choices, we will surely assist you in developing that. We are not going to hand you the key and walk away. We simply ask you to turn the lock, open the door and we will all walk through. There is nothing that we will not grant you, assist you in, to assist in the development of this functional, stabilized sustainable civilization, when you ask and co-creatively participate. Your world absolutely will not be healed by miracle or by fiat or command by anyone. This world is a learning station, a developmental platform, which is an almost heretofore unknown concept throughout the seven grand universes. This program is remarkable, it requires a co-creative cooperation between the celestial realms and the mortal realms. And though you are incapable of seeing us and discussing with us, we still move this program forward because some of you do hear us. And it is because some of you do hear us that your world has a chance, an opportunity and a great possibility of succeeding in this wonderful experiment. If your Master is to return, he will not return to debris and chaos and collapse. When he returns, it will be to a glorious reunion. Thank you.

Student: I would like to know if in our lifetime, those people who are here, can see a diminishing of need for war?

War

CHARLES: War is even now in question, my friend. Yes, when economy is based on war, it always comes to destruction. These kinds of wars are highly detrimental to all aspects. They only sustain a small portion of your society, and only for a short period of time. You do not have a lengthy lifetime to appreciate what I am saying, yet this has always been so. If you were to review the war engines of Rome, of Babylon, of Damascus and other cities and other ancient civilizations on your world, they have all gone through this. And yet, some civilizations that come to mind have died because of physical situations, but almost always it is because of the incompetence of the social institutions which made those decisions. The question now is, do you have the moral fiber to use a tool [Schematic for Sustainability] that is rational and applicable to all of humankind, and do you have the fortitude to see it through? Fortunately, this instrument makes sense to eminently compassionate, moral people. Only those who are banal enough to appreciate money and materiality will see this as inadequate and inferior, and must be stopped.

It is necessary for you, as individuals, to come to a commonality of thinking, using the same tools. You have a divisiveness that is built into your political structure, which is not helpful. A competitive two party political system is necessary in the beginning to provide a rational format for engaging differences. When it maintains differences, and uses these differences to maintain division for its own empowerment, then you have a very pernicious situation, as exists in this nation and other nations. It is time for examination of that—not as a revolution—but using a rational program to revise that. It will not come through top-down, but from bottom-up to the effusion and profusion of these ideas from rationally and spiritually centered individuals, who know there is only one Source of all, and it rests within them, and they rely upon that in their decisions every day.

Student: Hi Charles. Thank you for coming out today.

CHARLES: Thank you.

Student: My question might be somewhat shocking, but today is their graduation, and…

CHARLES: You will not go to the rapture, dear one. (Much laughter.)

Student: Typical on graduation some one stands up, ya know, and gives this inspirational speech and everyone throws up their hats and they leave inspired. And so here we are. We’ve had this weekend and everything you say is a pleasant nugget. It’s something we will all take with us. But if you were to
Say three things in closing, in wisdom and in universal truth..something.. We all will be staying in touch. We will be formulating more weekends and things, but what would be those three things?

CHARLES: WE LOVE YOU. (Audience laughter and response).

Student: Thank you.

Closing

CHARLES: Thank you for this time. Thank you for this invitation. I have been observing this process as well and you will see this almost spontaneously erupt and develop in other nations throughout the world. Do not be surprised and do not take ownership for this but let it be if they use it. There will come a time when those differences will be smoothed out. But you do have the true process that we wish you [to] continue. It will evolve a little bit more but not much as it begins to be spread to other communities and involve larger numbers of people. You may even see within a year or two or three at most where you have an enclave of thousand people coming together to discuss this and work in separate teams on separate projects and related projects working on each little part of it.

You saw the program on wellness and others that can have a team working on each one of those individual programs. You begin to understand the process of taking it apart and putting it together. As the teams come together, their concepts begin to form one working model. It will be one element of your society that will be replicated hundreds of times and then [in] hundreds of social institutions as they exist in your societies and elsewhere. This is just to give you an idea of where you will be going. Good Day.
