Thought Adjuster: “On this planet, true happiness comes from following the Divine Will and thus becoming a channel of expression for our Father. In other words, it is satisfying the purpose for which you were created. Those who learn the Will of the Father and align themselves with His Will, enjoy the highest pleasure a creature can experience, because in both heart and soul the unconditional love of the Father becomes present with increasing clarity.
“How can you discern the Will of your Father? Is it possible for a simple mortal to understand the intent of divinity? When you consecrate yourself to be the best you can aspire to be and your decisions are motivated by an authentic and generous love, you will be acting as the Father would if He were in your place. Your mortal mind doesn’t need to understand the totality of divinity, but your sincere motivation will lead to perfection, and this in turn constitutes a progressive revelation of the Will of the Father.
“The only thing a human being needs is the impulse — the motivation — to be more like God. When all the decisions and actions of a creature arise from that impulse, the creature is becoming increasingly more like God, regardless of the outcomes of those decisions and actions. The constant effort to live the Will of the Father certainly is no guarantee of a life free from errors, but this effort provides the opportunity to grow in spirit and derive an ever-greater satisfaction from all the circumstances of life.
“Right now, today, you can start the adventure of becoming more like your Father. Search within your being for the guidance as well as the inspiration to be better each day. Get closer to your siblings in this world and build up the relationships with them as you imagine the Father does with you and every other person on this world. Become a channel of expression for love and see how this love fulfills you and provides you with anything you really need to live a more spiritual life as you walk in this world. This is how you find happiness that fills you and defies all logic, because it is independent of all external circumstances.”
