Message received by Oscar.
Thought Adjuster: “You Father desires that you learn to resolve your problems and that you exercise your will and your creative faculties to do the work he has assigned to you in this world. However, the Father never said that you had to do it on your own, in fact, it is a gift to Him the fact that you seek His advice and want to know what He expects from you.”
“There are moments in your life during which things seem to stop. If these delays are caused by you then do what you need to do in order to pick up the pace and continue with your work in the world, whether it is your material work or your spiritual work. However, if the delays and the interruptions are not caused by you, do not worry about the time lost and take that opportunity for reflection, to recuperate your energy, to learn something new, or to seek the truth.
“Seeking to learn more spiritual truth is always a good idea. When the human mind is idle it starts to look for something to do, something with which to be entertained. An excess of free time has always been counter-productive for human beings, particularly in the early stages of civilization. Once human beings have reached higher levels of self-mastery, they can free themselves from the yoke of routine work that consumes a lot of time and they become capable of taking advantage of their free time for their spiritual growth and progress.
“In those moments when you find yourself with nothing to do – alone with your own mind – why not use that mind to produce creative thoughts? Why not do some thought experiments that can produce great achievements in your life? The latent abilities of your material mind are not as important as your willingness to use what you possess. Your talents and abilities always count with the impulse of Spirit and every spiritual effort of a human being is supported and multiplied by the Father. Whatever you lack in talent will be supplemented by the value of your faith and your willingness to know the truth and be better every day.”
