Opening
ABRAHAM: I am ABRAHAM. Greetings, what a blessing it is to see each one of your beautiful faces here this evening. I am most grateful to know you each and experience this Correcting Time with you. As we experience our Father we become more. The Father and child relationship is a doorway into deeper spiritual understanding. Let us pray.
Father, we offer ourselves to you in all ways, mind, body and spirit. We know you are a master at organization and synchronizing life to draw us closer to you. We know you are a healer of the mind and body. We know you can comfort the mortal loneliness, as well as the loneliness of the soul. It is understood that we are not a chosen people. We are not extraordinary in any way. We are simply your children making an effort to listen to that still small voice within. We are children with the intentions of following your will. We live for your comfort and kindness. We count on your wisdom. We offer ourselves to you this evening to refocus our minds on the goal ahead. We ask for understanding of the Master’s perfected humility. We are grateful to gather together as a family with you at the head of our table. You are our Sovereign, Father of all fathers’. Amen.
Lesson
Every once in awhile we have found it important to restate our Mission goals, it is important to remember what we are striving for. As we, the individual, become closer to God, the Father, that affects the whole and that has influence on the Supreme Being. As you grow the Supreme Being grows. The God in time is becoming more Godly and indeed the reflections are felt here on earth.
I realize those bound by traditions look at this last week’s disaster as further proof of the second coming. While this disaster is beyond words to describe our sorrow, there are individuals who are looking at this as a clue to the new life ahead. Many Christians are simply waiting for the Master to come and take His chosen people to a much better place. This understanding is sad, to say the least. There are no words we could say to change the minds of the Christian fundamentalists. They are where they are and thanks to Father, we are where we are.
I am always intrigued by the overall plans of our Father. He can always see to an ultimate good. While there are worldly events that seem to occupy our minds, we will continue to learn on a much smaller scale as the individual. What do we live for? Why do we continue to strive day in and day out? What is most meaningful in this life? How do the scales balance your happiness or despair?
I find that in my own experience, love has been the single most important key. When all else is gone, only love seems real. I am not speaking of the emotions of love, but the energy. Love is not about attachment, but about moving energy, a living force we can actually sense beyond the five senses.
As you grow in spiritual maturity you realize love goes beyond your biological family. You can love without emotional attachment, providing Father remains your sovereign, your First Source and Center. People seem to come and go, but the love is what makes a difference. Love creates memories and that is an energy to live by.
This week we can ponder the love of the Father. How are we in our own lives like the Father? How is your love like His for others? While alarming events are occurring on the world now, please do not be overwhelmed by them. Keep life simple and small–manageable, so to speak. As the world changes, we will require more of your help and for that we need you to be grounded and to stay on task. This week find time to study about Father and the individual.
Closing
That is all. No questions this evening, perhaps next. Know that I am with growing love for you each. Until next time, shalom.
