ABRAHAM:  I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I thank all of you for your efforts made each day to further the cause of our Master. It is an exciting time in our Mission because we are beginning to see the spiritual gifts more fully as a regular part of everyday life. The children that are born in this era will have these spiritual gifts as if they had always been a reality. You that have had to work by faith will and probably already have, seen subtle changes. When our intentions are pure then the gifts are naturally flowing. These gifts are helpful tools in our ministry.

ABRAHAM:   When we look back on the life of the Apostle, Simon Peter, we can see how his experience with the Master had taught him to be a more eloquent speaker. In their beginning days he was always the first to show irrationality, but time with the Master and personal experience, showed him how to apply his thoughts to the best possible speech that would reach the masses.

We can look at each one of these Apostles and see how their habits had changed and gifts had blossomed. Of course, your gifts now will be slightly different because of the mended circuits and input from the Supreme Being. We can all be assured that everyone who desires these spiritual skills will be prepared to have them. The Master has His plan to bring Urantia into an age of peace and enlightenment. With your assistance the plan is accelerated and up-stepped, so to speak.

Think about your years in the Mission and those skills that you have seen sharpened. Perhaps those that were quiet and shy are able to reach the souls of those they come into contact with. Maybe those that had deep desire for attention has found it with the Father and life has become more balanced. Those who played a victim in life has maybe seen the difference in life according to various attitudes they put forth. We can all see improvement and maturity. You have wanted it and asked for it and I see you becoming more beautiful with each passing day. Well done.

Let us take this week to find those gifts in our personal lives and put them to work in the Ministry. You are a rock for many. I am aware there are a few questions if you should like to proceed.

MIRIAM: Abraham, the short version is HELP. The longer version–the past couple weeks lessons have been really helpful. I feel like I am a chocolate mess. I think I am starting to find my way out of the blockages. The year of the conference thing took a toll on my health. I feel like I am struggling. If you could give me some pointers or anything you could share with me.

ABRAHAM:  : Certainly. I perceive your pain is from old injuries and you are doing what you can to exhaust your human resources. In your journaling time I want you to answer a question: What did you receive from your service in that Conference? Be honest because that is important in finding out if you are carrying hurt, which does not help the body. Your hard work over the past year has been difficult on your physical being and it will take time to get back to normal. I do know you, Miriam, to over-due on chores at home.

I know you love the garden. In a beautiful way, that is your salvation. I would recommend that you do your work in small allotments of time and be sure to rest. Have not worry over getting tasks completed, but be in the moment of that thing that you love to do, the feel of the earth, the warmth of the sun, the kiss from the wind and always the gift of harvest. You have been so giving and kind with the many individuals you are in connection with. I would only suggest that you try not to take on so many assignments at once. Overall, my daughter, things are as things should be. You do well.

MIRIAM:  Do you think I procrastinate?

ABRAHAM:  No, I wouldn’t say you procrastinate, but I would say that those issues that are bothersome you tend to set aside, not intentionally, but just as a habit that you have always had.

MIRIAM:  Do you have a suggestion on that?

ABRAHAM:  Yes. With various issues I would put a priority on them and simply do one thing at a time. When something appears to be too much, be not afraid to ask for help from your friends and family. Many times when you can talk things through most issues are not as big as you think they are. So put a priority on things that must be done and dissect them in your mind and take one step to completing the goal. It is common to feel overwhelmed, but when you can break down a problem and have some sort of control, then problems don’t appear to be so big. Is this helping?

MIRIAM:   So much. I appreciate the group’s patience with me taking so much time. I love you and thank you.

ABRAHAM:   You are welcome Miriam.

SIMON: I would like an assessment with your wise council please. We are all wonder about in sort of spiritual mode hearing some taps seemingly at the right time. I would like to hear more about that as a manifestation.

ABRAHAM:  Some of the noises that you hear are spiritual beings that are trying to get your attention. When you do hear these noises, be quiet and see if you have any impressions of a message. Be practical of course. Noticing these noises is a part of the gifts that I spoke of this evening. These noises have always been there, you are simply beginning to notice them.

Each one of you have had physical changes in the brain that are accommodating to the needs we have in the Mission. In other words, you are becoming more equipped to handle spiritual occurrences that you would have had – had not the rebellion occurred. I have faith in each one of your abilities to recognize spiritual messages.

Some occurrences that may happen might only be a reality of the physical world, but I trust in your ability to recognize a message. There are a number of gifts that Father has granted you each that you are only now becoming aware of. I do caution you that if you display any fear in noticing new occurrences, then of course, Father would slow it down until you’re ready. The main focus is that we have our Master’s plan and purpose to fulfill. Is this helping Simon?

SIMON:  Yes. Thank you.

ARMANDA: Working 40 hrs during the week, always standing, I have much pain on my feet, but also emotional pain. I know I have weakness inside. If someone says something, I start crying. I don’t know what to do to. I want to be strong in this. What can I do to make myself a more stronger person in life?

ABRAHAM:   Understood. I know that your job demands a great deal of energy and the physical pain you feel is normal. I would recommend that you look within and ask: What is really important? Do you do an activity at the cost of your health? I know that most people must have employment and there are issues one must think about when going out to give out energy. At some point you are emptying the soul and not taking energy back in.

There needs to be time throughout the day where you are allowed to take in energy. Resting, listening to music, talking with a friend. I see your priorities as a bit confusing. Think about those things in life that are truly important. Sometime when you are able to stop and write down five things that are important. Then I would ask you to write down five things you think Father thinks are important. As far as your sensitivity goes, I see that as completely common. I know I don’t see it as weakness at all.

When we have pain, this present society has taught us we must not feel it or show it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with showing pain. That should take off some of the pressure you have. As far as the sensitivity, I do believe it stems from issues involving your ego. I see you making transitions and it is difficult. You are feeling pulled in many different directions.

This is self-imposed. It doesn’t have to be this way. If you want I can make time to have words with you during your journaling time, just the two of us. Listen for me and we will chat, Armanda. Is there another question?

ZONYA: Yes, is quitting my job to what I am doing now, was that correct choice?

ABRAHAM: It is difficult to say without allowing time to pass. You know that changes in careers takes a lot of time and resources. I would always advise you to play it safe and make sure you can keep up with financial demands. As you gain more time and experience you will become better at what you want to do and of course, business will grow there from, but in the meantime you still have to pay the bills.

And so I would recommend that you play it safe and have patience, knowing that transitions take a lot of time. You are very bright and I know that others see you as a gift. You are a good teacher in showing others how to work and live lovingly. While you may be changing careers, your real ministry is with those people you come in contact with every day. Don’t allow discouragement to sneak up on you. Remember to play it safe. Is this helping? (Yes, thank you.)

ABRAHAM:  If that is all I must express how much I enjoy spending time with you. I learn every time we meet. I am made to laugh and know real joy. I thank you. Mary sends her love and remember that anytime you have desire to speak with us we will be there. Our love goes with you. Until next time, shalom.
