JONATHAN: [Mark] Good morning friends, Jonathan here joining your conversation; indeed you all do bring such grist to the mill. It is highly satisfying to choose what we should grind on for a while. I’d like to start with this observation of where you reside at any one time and this distinction you are attempting to make between your spirit awareness or consciousness and your mindful awareness, what you are certain you know or think about everything. You are beginning to recognize more and more this distinction as in your life sometimes you experience things through your consciousness side and at other times you are quite at home and comfortable in the arena of the mind.
What’s interesting to observe is that there is this portal between the two, this ability to transfer from the one to the other. What is learned and brought in to the channel of mind may be absorbed and illuminated and expanded in the realm of spirit. Likewise, experiences obtained in the spirit dimension which are profound will most certainly impact the thought process as new values are imposed over old understandings. This is the great gift of being human, these two aspects, two polar opposites of the same being which serve to support each other and will eventually combine as one.
This example you provided of noticing the shift when certain stimulus was introduced is notable because it is something everyone has experienced. The ringing of a telephone will change entirely the residence of your observation. As a human and mortal it is ever challenging to suppress some of the innate tendencies in order to still the animal instincts enough to allow for the spiritual.
I always enjoy our morning visits. It is always my pleasure to come and be with you at times like this and I am grateful I am allowed this opportunity and that we both desire to take advantage of it. I bid you all a good week, I will catch up with you later, bye.
CHARLES: [Mark] Good morning folks, Charles here; I thought I would drop in and say hello and to endorse the idea offered of what your stance should be throughout the continuing saga of drama unfolding before your eyes and to use the analogy of training and karate. One rehearses certain moves until they become a second nature and these moves we’ll call a stance. This stance remains ingrained and within and reflexive. This stance is developed by training and diligence and consciousness and awareness so that when there is a need to brace for an oncoming circumstance one naturally falls back into their stance because it is proven and tried and reliable and will work again just as it has in the past.
Your stance is one of spirit and spirit awareness. It is forged by the values that you have come to know in this process and you have developed this stance as a result of this training. You have prepared yourselves to take on any obstacle and you will use the same stance. In this way, no matter what the challenge that rises before you, you will deflect its charge at you with simple and intentional moves, moves to steer yourself clear of these obstacles. Let them pass by, let their own energies be deflecting so that you simply cast these things off. That is the stance of one who has an eternal perspective, a forward projection that will not be obstructed by the drama around them.
In this way you will exude spiritual confidence, you will exhibit the peace of mind of one whose stance is firm in spirit and who is confident of their direction forward. Focus on the stance and see each obstacle as just the next move in your process and in this way take the force of a universe with you as you confidently make your way through.
Thank you all for allowing me some moments with you to even just share your energies, co-mingle ours together. I do cherish these times, I bid you all farewell.

SERENA: [Cathy] I bring another aspect to this discussion of perception and creation of a perspective. From your viewpoint at present, the events around you have a form that is understandable. New events arise that challenge the assumptions you have made and the choices you have endorsed. What is needed is the understanding that choices are open to modification in the face of new information.
Choose again, be unafraid of changing to an enlarged perspective. Be fearless in the process of continued choice. The tendency is to invest in a position that you have adopted so that it eliminates growth and a reevaluation of the basis of the original choice. You are encouraged to be in a position of continuing growth and expansion. Indeed, the entire universe is based upon growth and experience. We are here to uphold you as you step out in faith.
