The co-creative relationship
MACHIVENTA: Good morning, this is Machiventa Melchizedek, your Planetary Prince and Planetary Manager. We have an interest as well as you do in the co-creative process and we find it as interesting to us as perhaps it is to you. We, however, have the “play book” in hand and know how developments should go, though oftentimes they do not go the way that we would predict or we would prefer, due to mortal change of mind and change of direction and decisions. Nonetheless, we are learning a great deal about this co-creative relationship that we have with you individually, with you as groups and with you as nations and civilization. Our purview/overview of the world is that our presence here is very timely and Christ Michael and the Triumvirate have dedicated themselves to the healing of this world. You might call it a renewal, a recovery, but in this recovery the patient helps us as much as we help the patient.
We find that our progress is greater when people have a consciousness of our co-creative participation with them. They have a greater hope of what will development evolve. They know that there is a superior intelligence involved in this process, but what “most people”—what I say by “most people” includes all God believers, whether they are Christians, Hindus or people of Islam—it will be most helpful when there is a broader audience who wishes to co-creatively participate in the healing of your world with us, even if they do not know what will occur. The hope that they have helps to flesh out the consciousness of completion and fulfillment. Hope is that aspiration for what might become, and so it is part of our reasoning and part of the Correcting Time to make it known to the world that there is spiritual help in great abundance for the correction and healing of this world’s many problems.
Primary to that is that we will not fix old problems, but create processes and social systems that will bring about the healing of your world in new ways that complement our work along the way. An aspect that we have not discussed before is that there will become a greater knowing of individuals throughout the world that spirit is among you, and that we are here with you and that our presence here is co-creative to help you and us heal your world of its many problems. How that occurs is probably a question that you have in your mind. Just continue with the hope that this will be fulfilled, and that you will see it in your lifetime, at least the beginning tendrils of this development. We have begun growing those tendrils in all organizations throughout the world. Many people feel and know and sense that there is something afoot in the world that is unlike what has been here historically, and that there is the potential of great good, though media continues to sell the bad news that sells newspapers and media time.
New concept of family clinics for social sustainability
I would like to discuss a conceptual development that occurred while this one was away in Colombia, South America, and that is the development of local community clinics for social sustainability. You might call this a “Clinic for Sustainable Families.” This conceptual development is the delivery level for working with communities in countries and areas and societies that have an affinity towards God and an openness to spiritual unfoldment. This work will be primarily to teach families how to raise children in a socially sustainable environment with socially sustainable guidelines for parenting, from pre-conception through conception, pregnancy, newborn, first month and so on, to age 20. There will be classes available to families to understand the best way to raise children to become happy and content and at peace and curious in their life. This will not be a religiously oriented operation, but simply the acknowledgement that spirit is present in their midst, and that there is much good to be had.
Research to find wisdom of the best family practices
The teaching and training programs will involve two research programs before hand; the one research program will be the search of all social sciences’ research projects and studies throughout the world that have to do with the best practices of child rearing during the era I just mentioned. There have been hundreds of thousands of those studies, and it will be our work, your work with us, to glean that data to find those pieces of wisdom that are in agreement with the 7 values of social sustainability. The other research project, which you will find far more interesting and much more enjoyable, is the research of indigenous wisdom on raising children to that age 20, or separation from the family of origin, that brings about the development of happy, content, peaceful and curious individuals, who are also socially responsible in their family, community and society. There are several ways to approach this, but we will not discuss this at the present; it is quite easy to envision how this might be conducted to find those bits of wisdom from indigenous populations, whether it involves the tribal communities of the Amazon or in Manhattan.
We know from our own experience that the wisdom is there to raise children to fulfill these parameters to later create generations of happy, contented, and curious individuals and families. The goal of these clinics and of this research is to create a multigenerational process that continues on generation after generation teaching families to know how to raise children to become contented, happy and responsible. What is missing from contemporary societies, as you know, is the corrosive effect of societal, economic, and political trends that tend to dilute the indigenous wisdom of child-rearing through generations. Many generations of Americans have now come to the point where they do not really know how to raise children to become socially responsible and how to heal themselves as individuals and as families.
Because the family is the foundation upon which all societies and civilizations are based, it is necessary to begin with the family at the community level. These clinics will not be temporary; they will not address one generation, but they will be there to reinforce the child-rearing practices from one generation to another until the Days of Light and Life occur. What we intend to do then is create a global system of local family clinics of social sustainability to fulfill the necessary healing at the family level for global peace. If you enjoy the prospect of peace then you will surely want to engage this process.
[Daniel: About a week before we left to go to Colombia, “the Guys” said that they would reveal two concepts which would complete the system of concepts of social sustainability, and I wondered what that was. Eventually, it was revealed to me that we had never really talked about a delivery system for these values and for right living conditions, and things like that. So anyhow, it has to do with this clinic. I know that I have probably bounced around that concept before, but they wanted it nailed down and really put in place as something that would work, both for families and communities; and of course, families and communities are the beginning of larger societies and civilization. So anyhow, after 9 pages of notes, I have begun working on that article a couple of days ago, shortly after we returned. I will publish that, probably sometime in the next week, hopefully, at least in rough form.]
MACHIVENTA: Let us continue, please. Having said that, having given you a broader and much more specific appreciation for our work with you locally, we open the forum to your questions, if you have any.
Craig: This clinic is open in Colorado?
The family clinic concept is a prototype
MACHIVENTA: No, they do not exist thus far. This is a proposal. What we are looking for is to open a prototype, a trial project of a community project for us to work on. We must begin with one clinic and the research to support the programs before we develop them into more. We will most likely open our first clinic in Colombia, simply because of the strong family structures that are there and the strong feminine influence in family dynamics, and the father figures that are strong and traditional. It is not that this could not begin in the United States, but we wish to open the first clinic in the best situation possible to reach success early on.
Let me preface that comment with a continuation of the discussion of the social science research and indigenous research into the wisdoms and best practices for child-rearing, and that is that the research must begin to develop a wisdom base, and then teaching materials and training programs and curriculums must also develop from there. These clinics will not be oriented towards physical health, but much more oriented towards social health and social/psychological health, particularly for the individual and the family.
Research from the social sciences
We know that there is a great abundance of wisdom, both from social sciences and from indigenous sources in the cultures around the world to flesh this out very quickly. The clinic is the point of delivery; it is much more like a large franchise operation, and that we wish to open our first “store” to deliver these services to those who wish to raise happy children, or to amend their current child-rearing practices to raise their children more effectively. Yes, this will take a bit of time, but if you see this as an ongoing process that will last for centuries, then you will realize how important it is to have these first steps done well.
Research from indigenous sources
The indigenous wisdom occurs with two important facets: the first is that the indigenous wisdom of child-rearing is proven over time, and will be validated by the criteria of the 7 values of social sustainability; and second, oftentimes, this wisdom is culturally specific. It means that if you are a Lapland native, and you raise reindeer, you have a particular way of raising healthy whole children that is akin to your culture, and so these cultural aspects will provide an overlay, a coloring of socially sustainable child-rearing practices. This will make it relevant to the individuals in that language. We, for instance, will be looking at the various cultures within the Spanish language base around the world, as this program will begin with four fundamental languages—English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
It is our hope that we will eventually have clinics throughout North and South America. As you know well from your language map of the world, English is pervasive in Japan, Korea, India and many other nations that have a native language which is different. So these will be clinics that will open in those places as well. When you include the French, then you know that you can travel to Ghana, Africa, and also speak French there and you would be understood; the same in Morocco, and so on around the world. There are many places that Portuguese is spoken, which is a carryover from the Portuguese discovery process in centuries past. Through these four language bases, we could establish clinics around the world rather quickly, and by “quickly” I mean within 10 years.
Funding clinics is not a concern at this time
Do not concern yourself about funding these clinics; this is a conceptual time of thinking in development so that these clinics will become whole and systemic to the local community. We anticipate that just as there are many people who are interested in peace, as many people or more will be interested and volunteer to work, teach, and train in these clinics without pay or with minor compensation. Yes, eventually something will need to be done to maintain the financial base of this operation, but that is in the future. Our primary function now will be first of all to gather the wisdom from social science sources and from indigenous sources while we design the clinic and the practices that will occur there.
Craig: That sounds like an amazingly effective way to start changes.
Creating a global culture change
MACHIVENTA: Yes, it is. It is our intention to create a global culture change, a change that will cross all borders and cross all ethnic and cultural and racial groups to create a oneness that has not existed before, based on the values that have sustained all of humanity for so many thousands of years. If peace is ever to become a reality in your world then there must be a coincidence of like-mindedness and of values and of a vision for the future. This will be a proactive effort around the world and disregard the limitations of existing cultures, mindsets and of bureaucracy.
Roxie: The use of the term “clinic”—is it different in South America than that term in English, because we think of clinics more in terms of medical health and dealing with people on a one-to-one basis. I would think it would be more economical to use something like a class structure where many people get the information at the same time.
The concept of “clinics”
MACHIVENTA: You borrow the word “clinic” from the tradition of healing centers, whether it is a nutrition clinic, a health clinic, mental health clinic, or a woodworking clinic for woodworkers who want to know how to repair furniture more effectively. There are clinics for diesel mechanics and clinics for accountants and bookkeepers. There are clinics for information technologies and clinics for other things as well. We use this broadly as a means of service delivery on a one-to-one basis and a one-to-family basis and a one-to-group basis. There will be classes and different teaching media for various groups of individuals within the time span from pre-conception to age 20. We are not so much concerned about semantics, but we wish to keep the word “clinic” in mind as it has a connotation of healing and of service delivery.
Roxie: Thank you, Machiventa.
ML: It’s a bit overwhelming of what lies ahead.
Concept begins with changing families
MACHIVENTA: Yes, imagine our program as Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s and of KFC all over the world. Whether you travel to Hong Kong, Singapore, Cincinnati, Houston or Buenos Aires you will find all of those outlets there. It is a prodigious project as you might imagine, yet it is based on some of the simplest principles available that are common to all people. We feel it is timely, needed and desired by many people around the world to know what works finally that is based on the universal nature of humans throughout the world for all time. We are grateful that you appreciate the depth and breadth of the project that we are undertaking with you.
You eventually will become the teachers and professors, so to speak, and the managers of these clinics to help your world immediately where you are. You have seen that peace is impossible by the heads of state meeting together to make these ambiguous agreements, which are eventually overturned or set aside by those who do not wish to comply or to work with them. Yet, because the civilization is based on the family, this is where we begin and we will change those heads of state as those individuals come from families who are raised with this tradition and its culture of familial social sustainability.
The clinics must precede the arrival of the Avonal Son
Liz: This is very exciting news! Does this coincide with the arrival of an Avonal Son, or will the establishment of these clinics usher in his arrival?
MACHIVENTA: The clinics must precede his arrival, as the Triumvirate has determined the effort. If you look at the strategic plan of Planetary Management and the arrival of the Avonal Son, it is important that mortals on your planet, Urantia, appreciate the struggle that they are in and the reality that spirit is present in guiding your co-creative efforts. We wish to change the culture of the world from the totally secular and from the religious to the spiritual where people begin to recognize that they have a responsibility to their ascendant journey and to that of their children, and to live responsibly wherever they are in the world. This is an important step that will precede the arrival of the Avonal Son, though you can be sure that the Avonal Son is in concert with myself and Christ Michael on the development of our co-creative efforts here.
There are no quick fixes for problems of Urantia
It is important that the population of Urantia not see his approach as miraculous and that there will be total healing when he arrives. You know what would happen after that, when the reality of his presence struck them broadly across the face. The reality is that the healing must be co-creative, that there is not going to be any quick fix for the ills and travesties and tragedies of Urantia. The acceptance of responsibility, of that relationship is primary to his arrival. But you know, as well as I do, that if he arrived and people expected that he would heal the world, and he didn’t, that there would be great disappointment and there would surely be a backlash, an emotional, personal backlash by individuals and cultures and whole societies against his presence.
They would be grossly and tragically disappointed in his arrival and this would be highly detrimental to the effectiveness of his work. We are building the success of his approach and arrival little by little so that when he does arrive, people will be anticipating his arrival and will understand how his arrival will augment and assist them and give them greater hope with the knowledge of his presence.
The continuance of clinics after Monjoronson’s arrival
Liz: Thank you, and the only question that I had prepared for you, dovetails with what we spoke about last time, which is if he were a guest in my home and there was a neighbor where the parents fought all the time, which was damaging the children, and I escorted him over there and he helped them heal their relationship. And then they were left to their own devices, would they revert back to their old behavior? And my question was: Would I be naïve to believe that by the time he has here been long enough in my neighborhood, in my community and my town to visit neighbors personally, there would be such a chorus in town and on the Internet and on social media that they would know where to go. But what you are telling us today is that these outlets will be in-place so that he will be anticipated.
MACHIVENTA: Exactly right. You have grasped the development perfectly. If he were to arrive and help a family heal their relationship problems, and then left them to their own devices to learn how to live sustainably in a family, then they would need someplace to go to learn these practices that would help the family continue the healing that they received. These clinics are the next step, the next footfall, so to speak, that will be needed beforehand and after his arrival.
Liz: Has an Avonal Son come to other planets that have been sequestered by rebellion?
MACHIVENTA: We decline to answer that at this time.
Dealing with prejudice and bias
Liz: The only other question that I have is, I struggle with people—particularly with people in my own family—who show signs of prejudice and racism, and then in this particular political climate in the United States, this is something that hurts my heart, and I have been experimenting with kind of a phrase that has not been well received, and my question to them is: “Do you believe that it is an accident of your birth that you were born American, middle class and privileged? And if that is the case, then don’t you think you have an opportunity, an obligation to assist those who by virtue of the accident of their birth where born under far lesser circumstances? And if you don’t believe it was an accident of your birth, that it was designed that you be born American, middle class and privileged, then don’t you think that you have an even greater obligation to help those who were not so fortunate by design?” And every time I have tested that concept out with people, it has been very poorly received, so clearly, my communications in this manner is faulty. I am wondering if you could help me with that.
MACHIVENTA: Quite to the contrary. Your teaching methods are highly effective and among my team here, and myself, are praising you for your approach. What you have done is ask a question of the assumptions of the individuals who hold this prejudice and bias. You have asked them to challenge their own thinking in a short order fashion. The way of protecting themselves is through denying or stuttering. It is unfortunate that many of your society have not been taught to think effectively, rationally or logically, and so you have stepped into the open forum of wisdom, approaching ignorance and prejudice in a way that confronts the individual.
They are unprepared to give an answer because they have never questioned their own beliefs; they have assumed that they are correct and that they are comfortable with that, even though they may know that they are prejudiced and biased. When you ask them about that, whether they understand that they are prejudiced and biased, they would probably answer in the affirmative of yes they are and they want to stay that way; thank you very much! Had we an application for a teaching position of a clinic, we would promptly hand it to you right now.
Liz: Thank you for that comment. I’m giving this a lot of thought because I would like to be more effective in this matter, because of this pervasive racism in our country is very, very disturbing to me, so I will continue to hone my skills.
Craig: They aren’t thinking logically to start with, with arguments like that.
MACHIVENTA: Do you have other questions which may be outside of this genre?
Opinions from readers
Roxie: I have two that were sent in by our readers. The first one is:
“Following along the last two sessions, NET #12 and 13: As you know I have been a diligent student of this material over the years and have attempted to make a contribution to the development of the curriculum which will be needed to promote it to a wider audience.
I have also applied myself locally (Cae Tan 2016 – You-Tube) in an effort to assist this community of souls to become more stable and sustainable. Both exercises have been of benefit to me personally and have enabled and empowered my own life.
“This is proceeding without the need to refer to Celestial over-control. I have concluded that only by embodying the 7 core values fully into our own lives, as individuals, will we be able to effectively influence others, without the need to “convert” anyone. It is necessary to set an example that others may follow, if they so choose. All attempts to convince through words and writings have, seemingly, fallen on deaf ears.
My question is this:- Would it not be more prudent, in the light of the abysmal response of humans, to delay the physical appearance of the Magisterial Son until after the geophysical cataclysms, pandemics, and the resulting social, political and economic upheavals have run their course, and that some semblance of stability and sanity have been restored? What would be the wisdom of subjecting the Avonal Son to such peril and uncertainty? Those that remain might be more inclined to pay some heed to His words and guidance.”
Roxie: You have kind of covered a lot of it in your statements so far today, but do you have any further comments?
MACHIVENTA: Yes. We have also considered the situation you describe. We have opted to present the Avonal Son to the world before and/or during these cataclysmic changes. It is important that those who remain have hope and a plan for recovery that would be of assistance to them and to us afterward. Thus we see more benefit from his approach beforehand than after. It would be a situation where the population would think, “Well, where were you when we were in our time of need? Now you have come to us after we are safe and you present us with a plan for reconstructing our civilization, our societies now.” So, in the strategic plans of the Triumvirate it is our plan to have the Avonal Son arrive sometime before the onset of the cataclysms, though you are experiencing some of them now. If you have further questions regarding this, you are most welcome to ask.
Roxie: The next one is kind of along these lines as well:
“Please submit this statement: The one thing this planet needs NOW, even before, during, and after an Avonal Son makes his appearance, are these Melchizedek Universities, to Teach the Truth of What Is So. How can we receive an Avonal Son when we don’t know who we are!
“Until we do something about the “spiritual ignorance” on this planet, an Avonal Son’s incarnation on this planet will not be recognized nor appreciated.
“The Healing must start with Spiritual Education and the only way to do that is to build a Melchizedek University as the churches of this world have closed their doors and minds to new Revelatory Information.
“This planet NEEDS these Melchizedek Universities NOW! Spiritual Education is where the healing begins and the expectation of an Avonal Son is created.”
Roxie: He didn’t really ask a question; he was stating his opinion.
The idea of Melchizedek Schools would not serve a wide public need
MACHIVENTA: I will respond, nonetheless: It is true that the arrival of Melchizedek Schools would be highly beneficial to your world, yet it is one that appeals to only a very few of your population. Your assumption is that people would see the Melchizedek School and come to it and learn the realities of the greater universe and develop a personal plan of ascension and spiritual progress with the Melchizedek’s; this is one approach. However, if you look around you and you see even within your own community of the Urantia Book, Teaching Mission and Magisterial Mission, and other spiritual interests around the world, you will see that this is a fragmented and disillusioned group with very few people who are steadfast 24/7 for the rest of their life.
We will appeal to the larger thinking of individuals through the tragedies and travesties that are upon you in this world. Your physical well-being is immediate and when that is threatened then you seek other means to save yourself, if not your body and that of your children. Your statement is one that carries a great deal of truth, but for worlds that are much more evolved than this one. The plans that we have for this world are much more elementary than those planets which would receive a Melchizedek School. We thank you for your comments and open mindedness.
ML: I find myself simply reeling in the size and scope of this and I’m going to have to let it percolate.
MACHIVENTA: Definitely.
How can mortals assist with this new concept?
Liz: Is there anything we can do—those of us on this call or who read these transcripts—to help in the formation or the assistance of these clinics to bring them about?
MACHIVENTA: Yes, there is; just simply holding this in your consciousness and thinking about it will help us greatly as we tune in to your thinking and access the developments of your thoughts. We will, at times, give you an insight about what you are working on. You, Liz, are working with the universities and this is one aspect of the teaching program that we will be approaching in the future. The clinics are at the local level and as you may have intuited from my comments about the training program, classes, and curriculum, you may eventually have gathered that this training would go from diaper daycare to post-graduate levels. The thinking and the concepts, of social sustainability will eventually become its own genre that will be global and academic-wide. Your thinking about clinics and teaching techniques and curriculum, and so on, would be vital to our assistance. As we progress more closely to the stage of implementation, of boots on the ground, we will be in contact with you to accept your assistance.
Machiventa’s closing remarks
If there are no more questions, I will give our closing.
We thank you for your presence here today, for your attending to this project which we have opened to you today. This brings our work much closer to you in your community, to your family and to you personally. It is an effort that we know will be well accepted around the world, as so many people are in despair about how to raise children into happiness and so on. Even those parents who have children who are pre-adolescent realize that the difficulties that they are having with their children will not cease but continue, and that when these children grow into their adulthood, they will have children of their own and that they then as grandparents will become co-responsible for the care of these children.
This is in many ways a reflection, a recall of tradition extended family dynamics, yet without the wisdom of how to grandparent wisely. With the use of clinics, you will have the wisdom base to assist you as a grandparent to help raise your grandchildren and your children to be much more effective individuals as ascended beings and as citizens. Spiritual and social responsibility go hand-in-hand as you will see eventually through the progress of our work. Thank you for your attention and your presence here. Good day.
